John OBrien is the most professional contractor that we have ever worked with. He came out to our home and arrived on time and took the time to learn what we were looking to accomplish. John did all the work to get the project going; the permit, siding, dumpster and all other supplies delivered as promised. The crew arrived early and worked late to get the job complete as soon as they possibly could as mother nature was anything but cooperative. In addition as the project progressed John made sure that we were happy with the design and to make sure the design of our home was as we envisioned. As we wanted to add to the project John was there to support and guide us. We are so happy with the finished project, our house hasnt looked so good the entire time we lived here. Our neighbors stop to let us know how nice the house looks.

Very happy with our siding project. Crew arrived earlier than originally scheduled, and stayed on the project full time until it was completed. 10 months later, I had a minor issue with a small section of the new installation requiring the contractor to remove and replace some siding. Contractor responded to my email on the same day to schedule an inspection of the area in question. A few days later, after observing the issue, the contractor immediately ordered replacement material. The re-work was completed within a couple of weeks of identification. I was very happy with the professionalism and quality of the original work, but the speed of Mastercrafts resolution of my small comeback request almost a year after the project was complete, was extraordinary. I happily recommend Mastercaft.

I find Mastercrafts customer service to be impeccable. About 3 years ago we had Mastercraft put James Hardie Siding and Trim on our house. During the project John OBrien and his crew were great to work with, and our home still looks great today. Recently I noticed a small bowing in one of the facia boards on the front of the house. I sent John an email about this problem and within a week he sent one of his men out to correct the problem, couldnt be happier. Thanks John OBrien; Mastercraft, the outside of our home is beautiful and we are still getting compliments to this day!

He also comes to look at the job, clearly explaining options and process of the job. He calls promptly with any changes or issues. The workers always showed up on time and worked very efficiently. John and the staff at MasterCraft are true professionals. We have used them for James Hardie siding last year. The house looks unreal and people say it all the time. Great job on a Late Victorian Farmhouse. Between the Hardie Boards and PVC they matched the clapboards, gingerbread, fret work, window boxes, dental blocks even. The 125 year old wood was failing, had to replace all the siding.
