Rob cleaned my gutters one year and did a small chimney repair so I thought I could trust him. This year I contracted him for a larger job. He took the deposit and did a day of work. Then he asked for more $ to help pay his guys. Two months now and 8/9th of the bill paid, he has not come back to finish the other half of the work (this is the part of the job I told him was most important from the start). There is still discarded gutter material in my yard and he avoids my calls. I think it is important to support our hard working local contractors. My father and brother are both contractors in the South Shore. I havent had this kind of experience since moving to Somverville and I am very disappointed. I hope there is some explanation and the work is completed so I can remove this post.

Had an original estimate of $2200. Decided to call Lyons for a second estimate - his estimate was $400. Second generation roof company - I think they are totally honest and trustworthy.

Robert hides behind his voice mail and never returns calls and never did the work, but took my money. AVOID!!
