What can I say about my experience with Ferreira Co. Let me just begin by saying it was 2am on Christmas eve day 2015 when my roof began leaking. The first thing I said to myself was Im in big trouble because I knew there was no way that anyone would come out that day. Well I was wrong. Within 15 minutes of the call I made to Ferreira company I heard the voice of the man who would turn out to be the best contractor Ive ever dealt with. Adrian Ferreira came out to my home a few hours later. He evaluated 99% of the situation before ever climbing up on the roof. By the time he got off the roof I realized that this was the contractor I wanted to do my job. He said he was extremely busy but he would secure my roof so that it wouldnt leak for the rest of the winter until he could get here to do the job. In March 2016 Adrian showed up with his men to begin the work as promised. Luckily I was there to see the entire project done from start to finish and was truly amazed how Adrian and his men work together. They were professional, courteous, respectful to myself and to each other and above all they got the job done. After each day of work they left my yard spotless, nothing was left on the ground. One day in particular it began raining heavily towards the end of the day and they did not leave until every piece of debris was picked up off the ground. I knew then that if they cared that much about clean up the job was being done right. In the end Ferreira Co. did a fantastic job on my home and Adrian was a true gentleman throughout the entire process. I would recommend them 100% to anyone in need of a new roof. Ferreira company made a bad situation so much easier to deal with. Thank you Adrian youre a class act.

My roofing project was completed 8/18/2014. I am 100% satisfied with the work of the Ferreira Roofing Company. Adrian Ferreira is extremely knowledgeable and his crew worked extra hard to complete my project in such a timely fashion. They were respectful of my house and property and went above and beyond with a thorough cleaning at the end of each day. In addition, Adrian was able to detect other areas of concern that needed to be addressed so the integrity of the new roof would not be compromised. Some concerns included soffits that were not venting, and an exhaust fan vent that was not installed properly. These concerns were not brought to my attention by other contractors. He was also very flexible and able to accommodate some additional requests as well. Providing such a phenomenal service at a competitive price!! This is the second time I used Adrian Ferreira and his crew. In 2005 Adrian had worked on my mothers roof through another company. Nine years later, when it was time for my house that needed care, I was relieved to see that Adrian had branched off on his own; still delivering the same quality of work. I will without hesitation recommend Ferreira Company to all my friends and family.

It all started with a roofing company knocking on our door. Then after that I started looking for estimate from others & after 5 different estimates We made the decision to go with the person that wanted to help us get the products we wanted within the time frame needed & at very competitive cost point. Adrian came over the house & was a complete gentleman took off his shoes every time he entered our home we dont even do that but with our new floors coming this month that policy will be in effect. Thanks Adrian. The workers were very nice & more importantly did an extremely professional job removing , replacing & installing our entire roof (stripped 100 %) we had a serious mold issue from a poor roofing company about 25 years ago. what you really want to know is that Adrian Company is 100% insured & is GAF PRODUCTS "MASTER ELITE CERTIFIED" THAT MEANS HE IS HELD TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS IN THE INDUSTRY. If you looking for a professional job at the best prices remember cheaper isnt better its just cheaper & at a bigger cost to us the buyer when the job is done poorly & incorrectly. I could not be more pleased with the service and quality of the work performed recently by Ferreira Roofing. We had a leak as a result of ice dams from the 2014-2015 winter, but it seemed to go away when the ice did. We had an issue again in the late fall 2015 and started making calls for a repair. We had a lot of no shows and a few quotes that were what seemed to be extremely high. When Adrian came to inspect the roof, he took pictures and showed us where the problem was, and what he thought should be done to fix it. We had to wait a bit for the work because he was so busy, but it was worth it. It turned out the problem was far larger than it appeared.....the crew stepped up and managed to replace the entire roof, re-build a main beam, replace several rafters, and plywood in just 2 days. The cost for the total job was less than some of the quotes we received for just a repair.....and the roof was upgraded from shingles to a rubber roof. The crew were very neat, all debris and trash were removed. Adrian is a pleasure to deal with, very personable, and he is not out to "sell" you more than you need. You will not be disappointed.

I found Ferreira Company on the Better Business Bureau (BBB), while researching roofing companies to replace my mothers roof. Adrian, the owner, is professional- he promptly responded to my messages as I was the contact for the job (email, text, voicemail), the time frame given for the roof/gutter replacement was accurate and no debris were left behind on the property. He is fully licensed and insured (Certainteed shingles is what I chose). I did not have any issues nor delays when I requested insurance and Certainteed certification information as well as references from recent roof replacement customers. Best of all, he provides a competitive price!!! There was a minor mix up regarding materials on my mothers property for another project of hers- mainly because of workers language barrier, which was promptly resolved without incident when I contacted Adrian. Customer service is very important to me, and my expectations were met. Definitely had a great experience doing business with Ferreira Company and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Ferreira Company for the great service!

Im not the type to leave reviews unless absolutely warranted. I felt compelled to do so for Fereirra Roofing Co. Adrian and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They redid my entire roof including a completely new gutter system. Most roofing companies would tell you that they will assess your roof and leave an estimate in the mail. Adrian meets with you to go over the specs of your home, address any glaring issues, and answers any and all of your questions. A roof is a serious investment and Adrian and his crew made me feel extremely comfortable and less anxious throughout the whole process...AND my wife and I were busy having our second child during the process, so less anxiety was ideal. This didnt feel like a job, it felt like an experience. I would recommend anyone seriously looking for a qualified and reasonably priced roofer to Ferreira Roofing Company.
