This work began well, the representatives from Lambert Roofing were easy to deal with on the phone, punctual, and professional. When they came to remove the porch they were a little rough and caused some damage to the house frame and porch pieces (which were to be put back once the roof had been replaced), but nothing out of the ordinary. The roof work looked well done, and was priced similarly to other estimates. When the bill was completed, we were overbilled for a person who was not actually onsite. In addition, when the porch was put back together, multiple gaps were left where rotten wood was put back rather than replaced, which will now require removing the porch AGAIN to fix correctly. When this was shown to the Lambert Roofing rep, he explained the method that would be used to fix the roof, promised to correct the over-billing, and disappeared. It has been 4 months and numerous emails, and I cant get anyone to contact me or correct either issue. I have had to caulk the roof myself to prevent rain from rotting out the wood further while waiting for any response from Lambert Roofing. There is no reason to use this company when there are so many other, more trustworthy options.

If you want no one to return your call after repeated requests to have someone give a quote on a job, then this is the company for you! My husband called on a Thursday and asked a representative to get back to him about a job we wanted done. When my husband didnt hear back from anyone by the following Tuesday, he called and asked again for someone to contact him. Still nothing. Finally, he actually went to their office and asked if someone would get in touch with him. The girl in the office was pleasant and apologetic but, in the end, no contact was ever made. Clearly they dont want any new business. A definite red flag of how they conduct themselves. If they cant take the time to return a call for a potential sale, imagine the response time when they do a job for you. There are plenty of reputable contractors out there who actually want to earn your business that you dont have to waste your time or energy trying to deal with them.

At first, you think you have found a great company. They were easy to talk with and a guy named Steve even came out to look at my damaged roof. After that it all went downhill. They never gave me an estimate, I tried calling them back almost everyday over a two week period and they would always just brush me off. I tried talking to the owner, never called me back. They are a joke of a company, find another roofer. Youll just be wasting your time trying to do business with them.

I recently called Lambert Roofing three times to get a simple quote for some roof work. Each time I was promised that someone would get right back to me. I NEVER received a return call. It sounds like theyre under new ownership Maybe the new owner, Rich, is the problem. Its a shame!

I have had Lambert in once to do my main roof (and put down plywood before roofing). I also had them install gutters . They also finished installing siding and a vent... Always the highest quality work at a fair price!

You guys drive like A-holes.... Try thinking before blasting stop signs and cutting people off with your business name plastered all over your truck. Way to go Jack.
