I had this company put a roof on my house. From the minute Rays son got on my property it was a nightmare. I offered to buy coffee and donuts for his workers and instead of thanking me he told me that his workers did not take breaks. The word arrogant would be too nice to describe this person. They didnt use drop cloths, they stepped all over my plants, the son did nothing but walk around like a big shot and text his girlfriend all day. He took a nap in his truck too. When the job was done the gutter was crooked so I told the son I wanted it fixed. He told me it was crooked when they got there and he wasnt going to fix it. His son has no communication skills at all. He demanded payment and I refused to pay him. I spoke to Ray handed him the bag full of trash that they left behind ( I basically had to clean my own property after they left everything behind. )and was willing to put this bad experience behind me. Why I did this Im not sure Im still picking up nails about eight or nine years later and the edging of my siding has plastic hanging from the sides. So on occasion when it looks bad enough I have to go up on the roof or the bulkheads and pull the plastic that they didnt take off so it doesnt look awful. About a year later I started having trouble with my bulkhead leaking. Ray refused to help me and the Better Business Bureau is a worthless agency to help people who hire any bad company. After months of writing people online for help because you cannot talk to anybody on the phone at the BBB, the BBB determined that Ray would come and look at the property to tell me nothing was wrong. I did not bother. It wouldve been a useless meeting. Lets recap. I thought hiring this company was a good decision. However take it from me, if you want your house to look nice with no hassles -- do not hire this company no matter what the price. I gave up a price from another contractor who was $2000 more and I wish I had hired that person. If and when I put another roof on a future house I would never hire this company again.

I am a contractor and this contractor is by far the worst, Vinyl sided my house and for two years they have schduled appointment to come out and repair a defective corner piece Which by the way they have in the warehouse so they didnt even have to order the piece. But still never show up.I had to contact the attorney generals office to file a complaint against them and I am going to conact the better business bureau as well, I missed four days of work because they scheduled an appointment to come out and NEVER SHOWED. My neighbor also had a problem with this contactor and had to file a complaint with the better business bureau.

We had a whole new roof put on our English Cape Home. Many gables and tough spots to get to. Our new roof looks beautiful. I was given color options to match the siding. Wow what a beautiful difference from our 1st one 25 years ago by Fournier Construction. There was no problem with the old roof just lived through some awful winters in that time. We were so impressed the 1st time we knew we wanted B&R Fournier again. Who would have guessed a new roof would add so much curb appeal to our home. We are so happy we want to replace our doors.

Worst experience with a contractor I have ever had in my life. They replaced my roof 3 months ago and it still leaks. I have called over 20 times and they have never once returned my call. The 3 times I got through they assured me the warranty would be honored and they would come within a week. Never came. Roof still leaking. Finally calling BBB today.
