Ranch Roofing replaced our roof 7 or 8 years ago & did a wonderful job. We had them come out last year when we started getting ice dams (like almost every homeowner) from the record-breaking snow that was dumped on Boston. Bob OSullivan, the owner, came out promptly, checked the roof and gave us some tips on dealing with the ice dams (inadequate attic insulation, etc.). We recently found a small leak in the attic & emailed Bob. The very next day, a tech (Erin?) called us and came out. He found some flashing had been bent up from the ice dams exposing a small hole. He made the repair & checked the rest of the roof to make sure there werent any other problems. I highly recommend Ranch Roofing. Bob OSullivan is easy to work with, very personable, and committed to delivering the best product and service to his customers.

Ranch Roofing has done a number of different roofing projects for me over the years and Ive always been really impressed with their work. Theyre professional, competitive on pricing, stick to schedule (which many contractors dont), do a great job with clean around the house (a big deal if you have little kids) and were quick to respond when we had a small leak once that turned out to have nothing to do with the new roof (it was old flashing on a second floor window causing the top of the wall to get wet) but Bob and his team fixed it anyway...free of charge!

This is a family run company that really commits to customer satisfaction. We have been happy with our roof but can now say (during THE winter of 2015) that Bob really wants to do the right thing by his customers. We had ice dam problems and he was able to get someone out to remove snow and ice within two hours of our call when everyone doing this kind of work was already busy. This is what you want when you invest in an expensive roofing job -- an ongoing relationship!
