Heres the rest of the story... Great Solution Provider for a leak in the roof... Without going into a long story; we discovered a leak from water finding a way from the roof and running down the inside of our exterior wall and leaking though our kitchen cabinet... Wow! This was noticed after heavy rains last autumn 2016... So, I heard a commercial on WDER 1320AM radio and called Adam Vaillancourt Roofing. I spoke with Dave a forensic-business man. He thoroughly examined the roof, at no cost, and after expaining the how the circumstances occurred, provided a solution to restore the roof to perfect condition to stop the leak... His crew arrived on time and performed the cost-effective solution that restored the roof to new condition with no leaks, and left no mess behind. And, they did more work than originally quoted for no extra charge! Thank you for saving us what could have been tens of thousands of dollars for repair of damages, had you not performed such fine work... We had what we thought was a big job for our church in Salem NH. It is a 14,000 sqft roof that Adam handled like it was a house. They went above and beyond my expectations with workmanship and the time it took to get it done. Always great with communication, and being there when he said he would be. About two months later we had a leak in what I thought was a section of roof they just replaced and thought "there is no way this roof is leaking, I watched them do the roof." So I called Dave at Vaillancourt and he set up for a guy to come out and take a look. Adam, himself, came out to inspect and found the leak was coming from our steeple, a part of the roof they had nothing to do with yet he fixed the leak anyway. Cant say enough about their dedication and professionalism!

Wonderful service and impeccable workmanship. Thank you to both Dave Morse, Derek Beece, and the crew of 10-12 guys that just completed the roof on our 3,400 sq ft home in a less then a day and a half. The care and attention to detail was apparent from the moment we met with Dave, to get the quote process started, and carried through with Derek and his team to the very end. The very fact that I can send my kids and dogs outside 30 minutes after the entire roof on our house was replaced and not have to worry about them because there isnt a sign of a nail, roof tile or any other debris is mind blowing. The only negative aspect is that the roof comes with a 50 year warranty so its pretty likely Ill never get to hire them again.

We recently had Adam Vaillancourt Roofing strip & re-roof our house. We couldnt be more pleased with the job. Mel Conde was the "point man" for the job; he provided a great deal of information, answered all our questions & made certain the job was performed satisfactorily. We needed to expedite the job & the work was completed in less than a week - from quote to finish! Mel was great to work with. Although a bit more expensive, Vaillancourt was well worth the extra!!! My only objection was the fact that if I wanted to pay with a credit card, there would be an extra 3% charge to cover the credit card fees. Bottom line, we didnt use the card! If you ned your roof taken care of, make sure you speak with Vaillancout Roofing.

We had several estimates for our roofing and none of them were as complete as Vaillancourts. Dave Morse provided 37 pictures of the trouble spots of my old roof, described in detail what needed to be done, and covered everything in precise detail. Dean, the project manager, kept us informed the entire day the guys were here. we had two layers of roofing, several 4 x 8 plywood sheets needed to be replaced, siding needed to be removed and everything was done in ONE DAY!!! I cant find a nail, scrap of wood or any mess anywhere around my house. The roof looks AWESOME. There are companies that are less expensive, but you get what you pay for. Jay in Bedford....

We highly recommend Adam Vaillancourt and his crew! In their process of replacing our large roof in spring 2014, (which looks fantastic!!), they also resolved leaking areas that mystified others. Havent had one problem since! They met all of our expectations on budget, lead time, install time and clean up! With Adams stellar referral, we had much needed masonry work done on the chimney and installed a custom and attractive chimney hood. We had our roof replaced last month by Adam Vaillancourt Roofing and Construction. They were very fast. It took only one day. We left for work and when we came home, there was a brand new roof on the house. I anticipated finding some debris in the yard or driveway but the outside of our home was left impeccably clean. I dont know much about roofing but that certainly seems like a sign of their thoroughness. They werent the least expensive quote but Im hoping with something as important as a roof that you get what you pay for. I would recommend them.
