Patient, Professional, Prompt Service! I first contacted Eugene 10/2015 and had also entertained a handful of other quotes. While Mr. Roof Inc. wasnt the least inexpensive, they were very competitive in pricing. What convinced me to finally choose their company was Eugenes consistent patience and thoroughness with our roof inspection, estimate, and questions. He took plenty of pictures to facilitate our conversation. He reviewed competitor quotes and addressed any relevant differences. He accommodated any other specials that were circulated on Angies List. I finally signed a contract after contacting Eugene for the 3rd time after a year and half since our initial quote. The work was just completed 1/21/17 for a new roof and gutter replacement. The work took two days and the job site was very clean afterwards. They even insured our amazon packages and mail was stacked neatly for us after they cleared their debris tarps for the day. Overall we are extremely satisfied with our choice with no reservations. I have worked in the design industry (albeit institutional/commercial work) and found my experience with Eugene to be an industry benchmark. I will work with Eugene for future projects.

Eugenes integrity and promise to complete this work at his earliest convenience met with my expectations. Also, Vladimir (foreman) completed this work better than I requested because he shared his concerns and allowed me to add extras. The job was completed to my utmost satisfaction. We had four skylights replaced, the work was completed in a single day. The guys showed up early in the morning and worked into the evening, I havent seen contractors work this hard during our whole renovation! They did a great job, were respectful of our building and our time. Communication and follow up were on excellent. We literally had ZERO complaints throughout the whole process. We will be calling them back when we need our windows replaced and our garage roof redone.

Eugene was courteous, professional and accommodating to my questions on the phone and Vladimir came out surveyed the leak I had on my roof and gave me two reasonable and professional options to address. I made the decision on how to proceed and then to my pleasant surprise Vladimir was able to fix the issue promptly and at the the original fairly quoted price. Great first experience and would absolutely recommend and use Mr. Roof again.
