The team of Victoria and Kevin perform and deliver at a level that is out of the bounds of the word professional. From the moment I spoke to Kevin, on the phone , I knew the Ward Funeral Home was the right place to attend to the preparation of my recently departed family member. Kevin held a very compassionate and direct initial conversation detailing the services offered and the prices. At a time like this the price of final arrangements can be key and the up front pricing was very much so appreciated. The initial face to face meeting with Kevin, at the funeral home, was pleasant and he took care not to allow any external distractions to take away from the time spent getting our arrangements in place. Constant communication was maintained with the Victoria and Kevin over the phone and via email; delivering prompt responses to questions and rapid call backs if you reached their answering service. On the days of the funeral and wake the team preformed with military precision yet were not noticed by the attendees of the events. Their staff organized parking to ease the creation of the procession and directed traffic so we were able to all proceed to the cemetery with ease. I can not say enough about the service my family and I were delivered by the Ward team. If you are looking for a compassionate, understanding, and easy (under the circumstances) process then the J.F Ward funeral home is where you should go.
