Fall River so station personnel are just terrible to deal with even when Im trying to help them by coming in to pick up my packages. They need customer service training desperately or shut them down. They are horribly rude!

They allways mess up my mail an never read the dame mail box complaind 3 times do to getting someone else ssc in the mail which is bad an after i called an told them what was going on i now dont get mail
