Ive had my share of bad experiences with dry cleaners, so Id delayed getting some of my favorite items washed because I hadnt found a place in Framingham that I trusted (Im a college student, so I typically just go home). With several important interviews coming up, I had to pull it together and go to the dry cleaners. Ive tried several other dry cleaners in the area and had items lost or ripped, so I was apprehensive about this place. I brought six of my very favorite dry-clean-only pieces (three blazers, a silk blouse, a pair of suit pants, and a wool dress) to Lapels. Not only were they very friendly, but I picked up all of the items and found them to be in great condition! They seemed to have spent time carefully looking at each of my garments. I was extremely pleased and no longer have to fear the dry cleaners! Ive already started recommending them to my friends, and I thought I should share this positive experience on Yelp. Bottom line: if youre like me and have had some pretty negative dry-cleaning experiences in the past, give this place a shot. I was really glad I did.

I moved to the area just over two years ago and researched several dry cleaners. Lapels of Framingham offered the most competitive prices and the owner Anoosh seemed friendly enough. Two years later I have not once gone any other place. Anooshs top priority is his customers and he often goes out of his way to ensure their satisfaction. If anything is wrong he will make sure it is corrected right away. In fact my youngest daughter always asks to go when I pick up my clothes. Look no further, this is the only place you should go in the framingham area.
