I will NEVER go back here. If I could rate a 0 I would. They cleaned a beautiful formal dress for me but the handmade belt ripped off. When I picked it up no one said a word to me about it and I got it all the way home before I realized they had safety pinned the belt back together. I cant imagine what would have happened if I had to wear it that weekend. When I brought it back to show them I never got an apology after I expressed my frustration that nothing was said about the ripped belt. I was offered to have the belt fixed by their seamstress but was hesitant since the belt was handmade and sewn on the dress to my specifications and was now ripped. When I picked the dress up after it was fixed I saw right away that it looked lopsided. But the woman at the counter told me she was new and I would have to bring it back Monday to talk to the owner. I brought it back AGAIN to show that it was lopsided and I was looked at like I had 4 heads. There were 2 women at the counter who argued with me and told me it couldnt be lopsided because it was fixed. They suggested that I go over to the seamstress myself to have me try it on for her. So, thats what I did....but it was closed. Having gone all the way across town on my lunch break only to find out it was closed to fix a mistake that was their fault was extremely frustrating. So I called them to complain that they had me go all the way over there and again, no apology. The woman on the phone just said, "well we didnt know" Horrible customer service, HORRIBLE. So I asked to be reimbursed for the belt only to be told they would not do that because they were not responsible. They fixed it and thats all they were responsible for. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Its amazing to me how these people are still in business. If you want to be treated with respect and if you care about the clothing you drop off then dont go here.

My shirt was returned to my covered in dog hair. I asked the young female associate behind the counter if this was "normal," and she responded, "Absolutely, but Ive never seen this much before." I was appalled that the girl insisted on charging me for the "laundering" of the shirt and she seemed inconvenienced when I asked here for a lint roller. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said that there wasnt one available. I believe it is safe to say that I will NEVER use this cleaner again.

The people who staff this shop daily are awesome! They greet you with a smile, know your name and are very friendly not to mention my clean and pressed shirts! Job well done!
