Pros: - Clean - Friendly staff - Lots of machines - The bathroom is open again Cons: - If you show up within 3.5 hours of closing time, they will tell you theyre leaving early tonight, that if you leave your clothes theyll close the store. They have a last wash time that is like 1.5 hours before close, but in their minds they want to close the doors at last wash time, not at closing time. Ive been coming here for two years, and every time Ive showed up within an hour or two of last wash, Im told theyre closing early, and so I have to rush - Machines are frequently down. Theyve gotten better at repairing, but still several are usually down. If you come at midday when its busy, you sometimes have to wait for a machine. If you try to come later, when its less busy, you run into the situation above. - The card system. Youre forced to put a $2 deposit down to get a card, but they wont take the card back if it wears at all, which of course it naturally does if you come here for awhile. Kind of a shady practice. I feel like they stole my $2. Its 6:04 while Im writing this, and the place is scheduled to close at 9:00. I just watched the attendant address two people walking up to do their laundry, and shes giving them the spiel about closing early right now. This is what happens every time I come here in the evenings. If you say youre open until 9, stay open until 9 so we can plan accordingly. All told, 2 stars, mostly for not honoring your own policies, i.e. your hours and the supposed "deposit" for the card were forced to buy.

I travel about 11 months out of the year and have used a lot of laundromats but this is the filthiest I have ever been in. I have been here early in the morning and late in the evening and it is always dirty. Also they make you buy a debit card (and pay a deposit for the card) for their machines so they have you hooked. I dont think they worry about cleaning the dryer filters either because even on high clothes take forever to dry Good points: it is close, well-lit, feels safe, and always has a lot of empty machines (some of them broken).

Clean and bright. Vending machines do not work well. I am not fond of the card system. Costs $2 to buy a card and balance is not refundable. Also took me a few minutes to figure it out and find the machine to buy the card. A note on the machines about the cards and where to get one would be helpful. Regular card swipe would be so much easier or the option to use quarters in some machines.

Very clean laundromat!!!! But the bathroom floor is broken along with the door lock. Its been broken for a very long time, putting a small rug over it makes it a fall risk. Your safer to use the grocery stores bathroom next door. And they still make you buy a card to add money too.

Clean place. But bad store policy. Must use there debit card system but if you load more money on it then you need the attendant looks at you like haha sucker. She did tell me I could hustle for the balance outside. "Maybe someone will buy it."

I was kicked out because the attendant on staff was allergic to dogs and I had dog hair on my dirty clothing. And she also said she was the manager which I highly disbelieve because she said I was not welcome back.

This is the only laundrymat I will use in the area. Its spotless, maintained by nice employees and the machines are new. The card system is easier than trying to carry quarters.
