I gave them 5 shirts, 2 sweaters, and 1 pair of pants to mend. They burnt the colar on one shirt from pressing it too long. They didnt fix the creases on the other shirts before pressing, so the creases are screwed up now. They hung my girlfriends delicate sweaters on a wire hanger instead of folding them, so the sholders are all stretched and pull out now. Though, they did a good job mending the pants I gave them, but it was a little expensive. $53 for all fo that. Woud not reuse, but they are nice people at the desk.

Very reliable. Always laundered perfectly, and more often than not, done the next day (if you ask). Theres always a kind of "can do" attitude here that makes me a loyal customer. Room for improvement: They close at 6pm. Thats pretty much when I finish working. 7pm would be better. Or, it would be great if they had a delivery service, so that I could leave at my concierge and they could pick up at their leisure. I wonder if theyd be able to handle the influx of new business?

I have used them exclusively for years, usually in large loads. They have always been careful looking through the clothing and assuring all could be dry cleaned and have even given advice on cheaper alternatives if they honestly thought it was a better choice. I trust them.

Friendly staff, convenient location in central square, and reasonably priced (2.50 for mens shirts). They have plenty of options if you need a quick turnaround and offer a variety of starch options on your shirts.

Great service and always very honest about what their facilities are capable of. Their cute dog can do tricks if you ask nicely.
