Another very unhappy customer and surprised again. First they make very difficult for you to get price of how much it will cost, saying that you have to come inside, so they can put each shirt in the system, and that will take a lot of time… so then you get a surprise bill when you get the shirt back!!! Second is, if you have any coupon…. They don’t take coupons when you are picking up your clothes!!! Why not If is a coupon provide by you Zoots? It was my last time i deal with Zoots, prices are very, very expensive… at least if I knew before dropped, I would not complain, But they don’t want you to know. Like the last review before of my, someone else very disappointed with way Zoots do business. These places have to understand, they exist because of customers, and should not do unfair business and try make people pay huge bills in the end. My bill today was over $90.00, and I also was under impression that the shirts would not be more than a couple bucks each… I call main number for complain about it, left a voice message, and no one call me back yet! To all others, make sure you look for a better place. A lot of other good place! Not this one…

Can I give it negative stars? That bad. Horrible. First you have to wait to drop off your cleaning because the attendant is out back smoking a butt, and hes gotta get the last couple of drags in before waiting on you. I picked up my daughters uniform skirt for school today. Pulls in it, pleats never done - but they made sure it was on the bill!! Never pressed it. Its all wrinkled and doesnt smell like they even cleaned it. They offered to "do it again" If you cant get it right the first time, why would I think you would do it right the second time? And the bill? $25! Horrible service, horrible product, never again will I go there. The last time I had been there was 6 years ago, and they destroyed my daughters First Communion dress. Shame on me for going back. I want a refund!

I took my good faux fur jacket to have the zipper replaced. It took several weeks because the girl was out for a while, and they had to order the zipper. They got the wrong sized zipper, which was really too short, and put it on my jacket, and charged me $47. I just took my jacket back, but I will never go back to Zoots again.

I brought in 3 shirts, 2 dresses and one item for zipper repair, and it cost me $75!!!!! They didnt get the stains out of any of the items and one of my silk shirts has some kind of damage, possibly from heat treatment? I am extremely unhappy with this business and their service. I will never go back to Zoots.

Terrible. Terrible. TERRIBLE Customer service. Will NEVER go there again. Their services are pretty bad as well.
