When the bride called for pricing, they said hems start at $15 for bridesmaid dresses... I dropped off my bridesmaid dress for a HEM and to have ONE thread tightened on my halter clasp.... Simple and easy. When I went for my final fitting, they had cut one side of the halter part of my dress (not the side I had a problem with) and left it frayed. When I asked what happened, the lady said "Oh, I dont know what happened, but I will fix".. And when it came time to pay, she charged me $78.50 for a HEM!!!!!!! I had to pay it, since I needed the dress to be finished for the wedding. When the bride went to pick it up, 3 days before the wedding, the halter was still frayed and looked awful!!!!!!! The lady claimed that WE had cut the halter (while she had the dress), and that the dress was brought in that way... SHE IS A LIAR!!!!! It was a brand NEW dress that was in perfect condition before she got to it. She finally fixed the halter while the bride stood and waited, and she did NOT offer any type of refund for her mistake or the incomplete job. BAD BUSINESS! $78.50 for what she did is outrageous!!!!! I would NOT recommend to anyone!

THIS PLACE IS AWEFUL!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE! You may be so inclined by their competitive prices, but its the shoty craftmanship that creates the cheap prices, not you getting a bargain. Clothes were not done when they said theyd be, i got charged TWICE on my credit card, AND when I went to pick up my clothes, no discount on the original quote (which the lady originally tried to overcharge me $10 for). THERES A REASON THEY ARE CHEAP, CAUSE THEIR QUALITY IS TERRIBLE. DONT GO HERE....I warned you...

HORRIBLE!! My girlfriend went here for prom with out looking up any reviews and is now very sad 1 week before prom since they broke the zipper and burned a hole in her dress.. This place is terrible never go here!! they wouldnt live up to the one that burnt it or broke the zipper... just horrible!
