Horrible experience. I brought a custom suit to be dry cleaned here a few weeks ago. When it was returned the lapel had been completely unfolded and flattened, leaving me to have to figure out how to properly re-crease and iron it. They also lost a 1 of a kind pocket scarf that matches the suit lining. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the promised same day and did deliver on that.
