This store lost four items from my dry cleaning order from January 25, 2009. After many phone calls I have yet to be reimbursed for my over $500 loss (cashmere sweater and suit jackets). I will have to take them to small claims court to get my money back. What a pain. I understand this is under the same ownership as the one in Holden. Very unprofessional and be forwarned that when you bring your clothes here you may never see them again.

My white dress shirt came back covered in lint and they blamed it on my sport coat even though its lined... They used a lint roller to "fix" it and they couldnt even remove a little makeup even though any good dry cleaner can do it without a problem. A complete waste of money!
