I have been bringing my suits, shirts and slacks for 7 or 8 years. The staff is kind and personal, and the work is beyond reproach. Just this day, the owner told a woman in front of me the story of the challenge to iron her daughters beautiful prom dress, and then he carried it for her to her car and gave her counsel on how to care for it. They have altered jeans for me and mended shirts and overcoats. They are wonderful.

Spilled beer over my brand new Burberry winter coat on its first day. Hesitated to get dry cleaning but had no choice other than trust them. They did a great job in a week. Just picked up the coat and attach two pictures before and after the dry cleaning. It looks a lil bit wilted now but I guess this is inevitable and the best after dry cleaning. Looks pretty good.

I have been coming to Empire for years and the quality of work and customer support are top notch. Their turnaround time on large orders are extremely quick. They are conveniently located in the center of town in Shrewsbury. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my dry cleaning needs. The best place to go in Sherewsbury!
