Im just going to start off by saying Ive been at this location for 9 years and 3 different owner ships including Planet Fitness. I much prefer World Gym (the previous ownership) to Planet Fitness. In terms of friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the facility and price, I give planet fitness a 5/5. Staff is very friendly, they regularly clean the equipment and locker rooms with other gym goers being courteous and wiping down equipment when theyre done using them as well. In terms of actual equipment and services, I give planet fitness a 2/5. I am very disappointing in terms of actual equipment available to use for training. Yes you have your weight lifting machines and free weight section but theres a TON of things missing that I feel every gym should have. There are no dumbbells heavier than 75lbs which may not be an issue for some but is necessary for others. There are no swiss balls if you wish to do stability work, no jump ropes, boxes/stands to do box jumps or even resistance bands for that matter for people who do not wish to use weights. All the things I just mentioned were available at World Gym but was removed when Planet Fitness gained ownership. Bottom Line: If you are a beginner or intermediate gym goer this gym would do very nicely with clean facilities, friendly people and staff and an affordable price. If you are more advanced in your fitness and look for a wide range of equipment to keep things fresh, look the other way

The staff members at this facility are very immature and childish. The teenagers they hire think of the facility as a McDonalds PlayPlace - Roaming around, chatting with friends and unable to help answer customer questions is very unprofessional. I asked the little girl(STAFF) about my account standing at the facility and she responded that she just turned off the computer so come tomorrow and ask someone else. This is a joke! Turning off the computer 45 mins before the close time and asking your paid member to come tomorrow is very rude and unprofessional response. I would understand if the PC had issues - but how lazy do you have to be to not turn on the PC and answer a PF members question. Also dont turn off the music at 9:45 - 15 mins before the close time. At least pretend to show dedication towards your work for which you get paid. Hopefully PF management is taking a note of mismanagement of this facility/franchise.

Today Feb 21 2014 - the staff member who closed the gym at 9 PM said the following to me and my friend at 8:55 PM when we were having a 2 min conversation. Planet Fitness Staff - "I dont get paid to watch you guys chat. We have to close the gym in 5" I find that comment very insulting, especially to members who pay to use the gym. I would like to know if this is the best customer service Planet Fitness can provide to their year long Black Card members? Staff members like these are a disgrace to any institution, especially in a customer service oriented setting.

Decent gym. They have plenty of functioning equipment and the facility is relatively clean. Gets pretty crowded during peak hours but its otherwise ok. They clearly have a staffing issue at this place. The turnover seems ridiculous. I see a new employee every two weeks. Most of the staff arent very helpful (Most, not at all. There are two women that are very nice). Some even come off as rude occasionally.

Although I preferred the gym before PF took it over and made everything purple and yellow, since the fees were also cut in half, I have learnt to deal with it. This is a great place to workout with friendly staff and a complete set of brand new equipment and its rarely packed, so you can usually do what you come to without waiting.

Planet fitness. You guys close at 10 seriously, then weekends even earlier. Thats lame. Take everyones money monthly but nobody can work out at night. What about those who work second shift their beat? I remember pf coming out and reppin 24/7 then every year all of em keep closing earlier and earlier. Lame.

I frequent Planet Fitness and have had multiple incidents where I have felt violated and uncomfortable because of a specific young employee named "Vinny." I am a female and no longer feel safe in this particular gym. I am considering cancelling my membership because of this young man; fellow females beware!

This gym has neither a free weight bench nor a squat rack. This is borderline false advertising in my book, absolute trash. This is all in addition to the obnoxious marketing and color scheme surrounding the planet fitness franchise, stay way and support real weight lifting establishments

Plenty of new equipment. The locker room and showers are pretty tired compared to other PF locations I have visited, but they told me that they are planning an upgrade. Hope it happens soon.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Some new items have been added lately such as exercise balls. They just need to have more free weights like they used to and some kettle weights.

Overall nice staff, enough equipment. Only 4 stars: was told will add "Hydromassage" pretty soon when sign up...yet 6 month later still nothing though.
