The place is very mediocre for the fee they charge (disgusting restrooms), plus they nickel-and-dime you at every possible opportunity (example: if you want to take a guest with you it is $10 PER VISIT surcharge, what many gyms ask for a monthly membership. If you want to suspend membership, there is still a latent fee etc etc.) The only reason I kept my membership alive for a few years is it is close to where I live and I suspect that is the reason a lot of other members keep their membership alive. However, on top of the nickel-and-diming, they also do fraud. My contract said that if I want to cancel, I need to give them a 30 day notice. So on April 30, I gave then notice to cancel my membership effective May 31, so that is 31 day advance notice. And my last month was already prepaid at signing up, so I need not pay for the month of May. But I was charged for May, and on inquiry, I was told that they did not have staff on April 30 to stop my charge on May 1st. Fair enough, if they had given me a credit back. They refused to do that, and I had to dispute the charge with my credit card issuer, who is helping me recover the amount of this fraudulent transaction. It is still ongoing. Of late, there has been a lot of new choices of gyms in the exit -1 Nashua, NH area. You will do yourself a favor by choosing one of them.

Altantis Sports club is dirty and overcrowded with young children. The locker rooms are full of black mold and human hair in the showers stalls. The plastic shower curtains dont get replaced until they are covered in black slime. The AC vents are full of dust. Large fans in the workout room blow dust and other peoples sweat into your face while working out. No one cleans the indoor pool or outdoor pool area. Chairs and tables are always sticky from food and candy. The guests have to wash their own seating area. There is no place quiet place to go and exercise because of the loud obnoxious music that plays throughout the health club. This used to be a nice club when was owned and operated by the Sheraton Tara. The new Renaissance Hotel doesn’t seem to care about the deteriorating conditions of the health club.

I love these reviews by the staff!!! The new indoor pool is attractive and the general area around it is clean. Although the average age of the health club members must be high 40s to low 50s, the (actually quite unresponsive) club management insists on playing the "Top 20" which makes many of us absolutely cringe. Young people with their ipods can much more easily listen to the stuff they like than us older folks. Ladies room, while not filthy, is not clean. Hair everywhere. Having a female attendant come through with a mop a couple times a day would make the experience much more pleasant. Members have to wash the floors before classes. Will look for a more responsive club when my membership expires. On the plus side, the two classes I take are fine.

We like that it has two pools. The only problem is when the outside pool closes the indoor pool only has 1 general swim lane the other two lanes are Adult only. That is hard to do when you have 20 kids wanting to swim. That also gets cut down when you have people doing swim classes. They should have a scheduled time for this. I will take my kid over to the adult lane cause I want him to exercise not just play. They swim with me. Due to having a small kid I due not use the other equipment. I think all Gyms meet a family restroom. Other than that the staff is pleasant.

The place is a ripoff!!! I bought a groupon for their Microdermabrasion and the whole thing was over in 10mins. When asked why the appointment slot was for 30mins, the woman lies and tells me we spent over 20mins.. Since I paid for the groupon, I will go back for whatever it is worth it..but will not recommend anyone..

The ladies steam room is often broken. Recently after being fixed it is on a timer, and it no longer provides sufficient steam to fill the room up. 5 seconds of steam comes out every 3 minutes. Used to be one of the reasons why I went to the gym. Not happy.

Love the staff in atlantis sports club they are very friendly. The cardio room is great adn nice weights. The instructors are very sweet and do a great job. this club is a deffinated great place to work out and feel welcomed.

Been a long time member here due to short distance from home, easy access and indoor swimming pool. But the facility and equipments are all dated and need major upkeep. !!

Me and my family love this place the showers are great and the pools have chlorine to kill germs and best of all hot TUB this place rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!yah!!!!!

This club has GREAT zumba and fitness classes. The staff is personable, helpful, and friendly They have a great weight room and outdoor pool. I am sold..
