ok so i went here just to get a quote today and what happened was that the first time i showed up i waited like 20 mins and no one helped finally some one told me to come back in a few mins since "things were hectic". i returned 30 after they wanted me back- so they could have more than enough time. when i came back i again had to wait like 10 mins and was able to witness a the beginning of an argument between a boss and an employee. then when things were getting heated instead of taking their quarrel outside they asked me to step outside instead. i was so unimpressed by this lack of respect for the customer and lack of professionalism between these two instead of waiting i left i am debating weather or not to give them one more chance

We used them for the first time early this winter. It was a fiasco because we kept having blizzard after blizzard and with each blizzard they had to plow each vehicle out. So every time the insurance company came out, they couldnt seem to sync the visit with the car getting plowed out. It took a month to get the car back. The insurance company threatened me that they would not cover the rental. I was overwhelmed, but Steve helped us through the hole process, in our opinion, did a great job. He explained everything in detail, and helped work with the insurance company.

Had my car tow there after an accident it was in storage less then 24 hours their change me $202.00 per day customer service is terrible I ask wow 202.00 thats a lot for 12 hours storage the guy at the desk yell at me you keep complaining Ill rise it up more... Your lucky its 202.00 I was going to add additional 50.00 to your bill. Wow my car was totaled and scared and in shock and this shop doesnt help!!! Told me what you worry about the insurance paid you after..... Wow these company are insurance fraud!!!!

My car was towed here by default after an accident - dont let this happen to you unless you want them to do the work b/c once its in, they make it impossible to move it to a location of your choice for repairs. Pretty much they bully you into letting them do the work...unless you have hours to spend to jump through countless hoops to get your vehicle released, and money to cover hundreds in storage charges.

I have never felt safer having my car fixed here and calling to ask any questions. they are great people and they fix cars correctly. They are always available when needed and I recommend this auto body to anyone I know. Thank you thomas auto body. kristina
