Honest & Fair. I have been doing business with Route 18 for years. I dont understand the "Sleazy" comment. I have had body work done numerous times and it has come out excellent. I have received estimates for repairs that were not insured and have found them very reasonable. They will work with insurance companies to get a quality repair. I have left property in the car and it has never been touched. I have hard time believing that someone broke a part on purpose. I have also asked around about their credibility and have heard nothing but good results. I would recommend doing business with them.

WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE. The people who work here are so sleazy. One of the workers intentionally broke a part of my car in order to try to make business for themselves. I wish I could report them someone other than the better business bureau. After asking around, I realized it was my fault for not checking references because I hear the same thing over and over of them trying to cheat their customers. Lesson learned. Dont give this "company", aka flim flam operation, a penny!

My car had been vandalized - slashed tire and puncture through the sheetmetal on one of the doors. I brought my car here to be repaired and could not be happier with the results. The door looks great and the paint match / blend is amazing. I cant even tell that there had been any damage done or repairs made to the door. I would not hesitate to bring my car back here again.

I have been to Route 18 Auto Body for numerous repairs, and have referred both friends and family there. I have never once been disappointed, or felt over charged. The staff are friendly, respectful of each situation, and I truly believe they take care of the car and the customer. I would recommend them to anyone, for any of your vehicle needs. Thanks for all you have done!

Took my car to them for a check engine light & a loose wire in the headlight. Two days after they supposedly fixed check engine light, It came back on. Two weeks after noticed my headlight was out, opened the hood and saw the loose wire wasnt fixed. These guys are crooks.

Sleazy, My car was towed here after an accident, not my choice. Repair estimate unbelievable and they wanted i in CASH. $3000.00 in cash? Red flags!!!! Not helpful and downright sleazy.

Do not let these people work on your engine. My experience cost me over 5,000 after they blew the head gaskets in my truck. Truck was later towed , and taken to Chuckrans.
