I couldnt thank them enough for fixing my brand new Honda Civic 16 twice. Yes twice lol, all due to others hitting my car. But they made my experience full of relief and I couldnt be happier. Jose the owner is a certifified appraiser and made sure I was taken cared of. For someone who doesnt have any knowledge of the auto and insurance industry, going to Carribean Auto Body, Jose and his team including my insurance agent, Carlos made sure to educated me about everything from what I can do, howd they fix it, and basically making sure that if anything happens again, theyd be able to fix my car legitimately. My advise to customers is to check them out, ask the right questions, and do not make the same mistake I did the first time which is calling them every estimated time for updates, just let them do their magic and they will call you. Because in the end, your car will look brand new as if nothing happened, cleaned and extremely well detailed. Thank you to the Team of Carribean Auto Body for putting in so much care into fixing my car. You guys are the best and will highly recommend friends and family to your shop.

Took my car in to have a small dent/gouge fixed and repainted and to get some small scratches around other parts of the car touched up. I was told I could take it in any day of the week and have it completed and ready to be picked up the next day. Problem 1 - Took it in early morning (before 8am) on a weekday and was told it couldnt be done by the next day so me and my family member went that day for nothing. Problem 2 - Dropped the car off the next Tuesday and called to pick it up the next day Wednesday per the one day completion promise, they said it wouldnt be ready until another day so no car to drive that day for me. Problem 3 - Picked up the car on Thursday and the job was only half done. They said they would complete it another day. Absolutely ridiculous. Problem 4 - Dropped car off another day to finish the job and then picked it up the next day and the job STILL wasnt completed with several ridiculous excuses. Thats a total of FOUR visits and job still not done. Horrible unprofessional service to say the least. Not recommended.

Best Body Shop around, brought my car here multiple times, they do awesome job.I wont let no one touch my car but Caribbean Auto Body, could never go wrong with them. BEST SERVICE EVER! HAVE TO SAY AND PUT IT OUT THERE. Best Detail job as well. I bring all my family and friends here. I recommend you as well to get your car repaired here as well you wont be upset. The owner is great, friendly and always willing to work with you in anyway. Again was very satisfied with the service, they make you feel right at home.
