I had a new bumper put on my Ford truck in June 2013. My insurance company would only pay for an aftermarket bumper. After 6 months the bumper began showing signs of rust. I returned to Marblehead Collision and they immediately offered to switch out the bumper with an OEM part. They said they would not charge for the labor and I was only responsible for the additional cost of the better part. They went on to say that they would assume the risk with returning the part to the aftermarket manufacturer and guranteed that my total bill would only be the difference in cost of the part. Not only did this company stand behind their workmanship, they stood behind their parts providers to make sure their customer was treated fairly.

I am super super impressed. I drop off a broken dirty car, i got back a perfectly repaired clean car. Marblehead Collision exceeded my expectation. They handle all the paperwork. Everything was simple and transparent. The car was repaired in a very reasonable time. The quality of the work was impeccable. Way to go.
