I was in a car accident recently. My car was towed to Wareham Ford for them to appraise the damage. I spoke with the body shop manager, Bob and he was great in helping through this process. I have been fortunate that this was my one and only accident in 40 years of driving. Bob explained everything to me with each step, answered any questions I had and kept me informed throughout the process. He even called me before my insuance company did to let me know they totaled the car. He explained what the damage was and why the vehicle had been totaled and even helped make sure I had everything out of the vehicle when I went down to clear it out. I let him know that I wanted to replace my Ford Escape with another one so he introduced me to Eric, a sales representative that would not pressure me into purchasing a vehicle. Eric was easy going and made me feel comfortable. I never felt like I was being pushed into purchasing a vehicle, but he did show me what they had and took the time to go over not only the numbers with me but answered all my questions and concerns (and I had many). In the end I did purchase another Escape with over 26,000 less miles on it and even with extending the bumper to bumper warrenty, adding GAP insurance and a remote starter I still SAVED $50 a month from my previous car payment. I would highly recommend Wareham Ford to anyone looking and when the time comes that I need to replace my vehicle, I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Wareham Ford is absolute the best dealership all around. The sales department is great, ask for Serena aka Speedy! She will do anything to find you the perfect car for you. I purchased a new fully loaded Explorer Sport in January of this year. Serena made the experience easy and pleasant. I look forward to doing business with her in the future. Wareham Fords collision department is just as great as their sales. Unfortunately I got rear-ended about a week an a half ago and called Serena right away, and she put me in touch with Bobby in the collision department. He took care of everything for us. He dealt with the insurance appraiser, got the parts to come in pretty quickly, and repaired my car. In addition my car was detailed inside and out before I got it back. He did an amazing job, it looks just like it did when it was in the showroom.

First of all I came in for just an inspection sticker my vehicle failed, due to running light bulbs were out plus e brake was not properly working. Second I popped in on a random day at a random time, there was Andy the gentleman that helped me before with the bulbs, he not only popped in a new bulb and fuse but didnt even ask me for an appointment or come back at a different time he was out in the parking lot and helped me without hesitation Well my vehicle passed its a great day and you know have a FOREVER CUSTOMER not only for myself but I will be recommending Wareham ford see Andy for the best service

Sales Advisor Eric Purrington is a master of his craft and a consummate professional. Wareham Ford is the last of a dying breed of auto dealerships. The wholesome, family-owned neighborhood dealership of years gone by is STILL preserved in its own ecosphere of quality, no-pressure, personable customer attentiveness. I have been doing business with Wareham Ford since 1985 when I bought my first new Bronco. I have never had a bad experience. The very knowledgeable salesmen and owner is always there to offer service with a smile. I have fell in love with every vehicle I have bought from them. If I did have a problem they were always very understanding and made sure the issues were fixed immediately. Why would I ever want to go anywhere else? I truly love my new Escape. It is a great vehicle with great handling power in extreme weather.

Eric took the time to show me all the F-150s that met my needs, communication was great, everyone was friendly and there was zero pressure. After all that, when it came time to sit down to discuss (hopefully) buying the truck of my choice, the price offered to me (I had done my research) was very low. That is stand-up. I am glad to do business with them. I can see why the employees here make it a career at this dealership for the long-haul.

Went to Wareham Ford to buy a Mustang. The experience was very good. I dont think anyone wants to go to a car dealer. My last purchase at another dealer ended with me yelling at the salesman and the manager. When I got to Wareham Ford I was treated with respect from all concerned. Serena, the sales person answered my questions and sold me the car I wanted without bs. The other dealership needs to take lessons. Without a doubt I will return for my next car /truck.

From the moment I called Wareham Ford and spoke with Carl in their Service Dept. I was very certain that they would address the problems that I was having with my transmission in my 2013 F150! They immediately had me come down and had a tech ride with me to identify the problem! They were very responsive all throughout the repair process and kept me in the loop with what was going on.
