I dont live real close to the dealership, so when I make an appointment it is usually for several things at once. This time I had tires rotated, oil, lube and filters, air filter, had the brakes on the front checked. I thought the brakes felt fine, but the service tech picked up on that they pulled to one side when pressing firmly on the peddle. I usually drive in-town for the most part and would not have pickup on that. They had time to do the front brakes, and I remembered that I had been in need of an inspection sticker and they had time for that as well. So happy with the service department here, they make you feel special and important. because the repairs took awhile they offered me a vehicle to drive while I waited for mine to be done. That was again, So Nice of them. I was so pleased with my visit that I scheduled a vehicle reconditioning so my car can look and smell like new again. I love my HHR GREAT car.

After hours of back and fourth phone calls to get information on a used truck I finally got not only a price but an email with all the fees and taxes and a final number on a truck. That was great. But the vehicle price was actually 3100 dollars higher then the advertised price. I informed the salesman of this . He said he has never seen this happen before and agreed it was sketchy. Over 2 hours later he got back to me with a closer to the advertised number. I was upset but I really liked the truck so I started the 1 hour journey there. On the way I got a call from the sales man telling me that the truck he had spent 3/4 of a day working with the sales manager on was sent to auction 2 weeks prior. I informed the salesman that Weirs had completely wasted my time. I am glad I took my business else where and highly recommend that anyone that values there time to do the same.

His knowledge of the car, along with being able to answer all my questions, thoroughly explain everything to me, provide me with different options and help find the best deal for me- allowed me to feel very trustworthy and reassured that my new vehicle was just right. The process of purchasing the car was done in a timely and efficient manner. Prior to visiting Weirs, I had gone to other "top rated" dealerships out of state, and feel as though the professionalism of the staff @ Weirs completely "blow them out of the water." I do not feel that my concerns were escalated appropriately after speaking to the General Manager. I felt, throughout the entire process, that I was more interested in making the purchase than the salesperson was in making the sale. I only traded my vehicle out of concern for the safety of my family as I had a significant mechanical problem after only owning the vehicle for 15 months and GMC was not willing to assist me in rectifying the situation. I returned to this dealership hoping for ease and convenience in the trade process as it was the dealership I purchased my previous two vehicles from; this experience was very disappointing on many levels.

The salesperson, Erwin, was friendly and helpful. He never pushed and was very knowledgeable about the different features on different vehicles. He was truly interested in how I would be using the truck and matching my needs with the right vehicle. Equally pleasurable was the finance person, Mike, who provided finance options and was very flexible to get the paperwork completed so I could pick up my new GMC 1500 before the weekend. I have already recommended this dealership to my friends! Outstanding service!

I have purchased seven cars brand new. All six were great! This seventh one was horrible. The gmc truck is a pile of crap and no one can seem to fix these little issues. Dealer cared about making a sale and thats it. No caring support after I signed. Not to mention when I got there to pick it up they told me they had put my Bed liner in the wrong truck so theyre selling me a different one than I had signed on.
