Having just relocated to the area, we were really wary about someone potentially taking advantage of us; however, we are so fortunate to have met Arthur from Olympic Auto Body. Arthur is the proprietor and was simply amazing. He is really professional, honest, and very experienced. He bent over backwards to help us, plus he walked us through everything that we would be able to expect. We trusted him instantly and he truly is as good as his word, plus he went above and beyond to work really hard with us to try to save as much money as possible. Karen is in the front office, and she is so unbelievably nice and extremely knowledgeable as well. My husband’s car is his prized possession, and the entire repair process was absolutely seamless because of the great communication from both Arthur and Karen. In fact, after the repair, when we got his car back, it looked brand new. Not only had they washed, waxed, and polished the outside, but the interior had also been thoroughly vacuumed as well, and the tires were sparkling clean too. If you have your car repaired at Olympic Auto Body, I can absolutely guarantee that you will not be sorry (well, you *might* be sorry you didnt go there sooner), as they are truly # 1 in all regards. While I hope we don’t have any more accidents, yet if we do, however, we would never ever even dream of going anywhere else. Arthur and his team are just that awesome. I can guarantee you that not only will we be customers for life, but we will absolutely go out of our way to tell our friends, family, co-workers, acquaintances, etc., how awesome Olympic Auto Body is. In closure, they are probably the only HONEST body shop in the area, plus they do outstanding work for a really reasonable price.

This place is AMAZING. We were in a terrible car accident in Peabody Square. A car hit us after running through a red light. The impact was on the drivers side front end (both the body and the mechanical were severely damaged). The car was a 6 month old Audi Q7. Needless to say it was in terrible shape. The parts to fix the car were hard to come by. They kept having to ship parts from Europe and they would show up broken. The process unfortunately for us took much longer than we would have liked. HOWEVER, Irene the woman who dealt with the rental car constantly stayed in touch with us and the rental car company. They were amazing to deal with. Arthur the owner was super responsive as well. About a week after the car was returned we had a minor issue and he came to our house to look at the car and made sure everything was ok. The car came back to us looking just as good as the day we picked it up at the Audi dealership. I couldnt recommend them more highly. The customer service and attention to detail is above and beyond. Dont think twice about having Arthur and his team at Olympic fixing your mangled car!

Now I usually dont write reviews online. But my experience here was especially bad. I am a fair person and only look to be treated with professionalism and respect. The same I would do to anyone I was doing business with. I did not find that here and in the time I did spend working with "Arthur" the owner I learned that they run their business on being intimidating and unprofessional. Although you might be greeted by a nice women at the door be prepared that when it comes down to being treated like a human being, you will be highly disappointed. Your opinion will not matter and your money is not their problem. For anyone looking to get work done or buy a car from them please reconsider. Giving them your business is just encouraging unprofessionalism in a time where a person should not have to be intimidating to get good customer service.

Words cannot begin to express how grateful I am for the time and effort Arthur and his staff put into taking care of my car. Arthur took control and dealt with the insurance company like a pro. The insurance company was trying to cut corners and Arthur pushed back and got me what was needed to repair my car in a timely fashion. When I picked up my car, I couldnt believe how clean it was. I think it was cleaner than when I first bought it. I just wanted to take a moment to express how grateful I am for the staff at Olympic Auto Body. Keep up the great work. I had my car sideswiped by another car. I brought it to Olympic Auto Body and dealt with Arthur. The process couldnt have gone any smoother. He fought with the insurance company on my behalf to get what was needed to make my car look like it was before the accident. Not only did it look so much better than it did before the accident but it was completely washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. You could tell the minor details mattered to him and he cared what I thought. I wouldnt hesitate to refer him to anyone. Very professional organization.

I am the owner of a plumbing company, and one of my vans got the driver side mirror and front fender hit. I called Olympic Auto Body and they got me right in. They did everything! From talking with my insurance company to even dealing with the company that had previously wrapped my vehicle. Since my business depends on my vans being on the road Time was everything. They did the repair and even dropped it off at the wrap company for me. My van was on the road in 3 days making me money again. So all I can say is thank you Olympic!

I brought my car to Olympic Auto Body after my wife and I were involved in a car accident. Arthur and his team were wonderful to work with. After they were finished repairing our car, you could not even tell it had been in an accident. I have had my car repaired at Olympic Auto on 2 occasions and on both instances, I received exceptional service. They handled all of the claim work and even set up a rental car to be delivered to me at work so I wouldnt be inconvenienced. My car was 5 years old and it looked brand new. When I went to trade in my car, they couldnt believe how well the body of it looked for being 5 years old. It got me top dollar for my car. Thank you Arthur for taking such great care of me!!

When I found myself in the middle of being rear ended there wasnt a doubt in my mind that Olympic Auto Body in Lynn was going to do the fixing. I called, got an appointment, they got me a rental, did all the paper work with the insurance company and I went on with my life. When the vehicle was done I got a pleasant call, picked my vehicle up and it was better than I ever expected. Thank you Olympic for making what could have been a "crazy time" just as easy as pie.
