Took my Tacoma here on recommendation from Toyota of Braintree. Needed replacement bumper wrap and some other bits around the front end from a minor collision. They made my insurance claim process simple with MAPFRE/Comerce and arrange a rental for me to be there when I dropped off. Things were ready on time as promised, but there was something not quite right, which when I pointed out they agreed and said they would address. Everything was perfect when I next came back and they even discounted what I owed for my deductible. I would go here again.

I cant speak highly enough of the way that Michael Masison runs his business. My son broke down near the autobody shop on his way to a job interview and the owner personally spent over an hour getting his car fixed, and didnt charge. I would suggest that anyone who needs autobody work bring their car to Masisons. You can feel confident that you have stellar, highly ethical, trustworthy people on the job there.

The highest level of service, competence, and integrity. I have been going to Masisons for years and always come away 100% completely satisfied. Here is an example of their professionalism: When they repaired/repainted my drivers door from a collision, they actually went out of their way to obtain the original manufacturers door jam sticker, which was missing since I bought the car used.

Great place ,reasonable prices and very trustworthy people especially Brandon! They took my car after a back collision and was greatly done in three days.I just had bad luck and bummed it again slightly three days after !! They retouched it for a the minimum cost and did an awesome job.Thank you so much guys.. I now have you as my car doctor in anything I need :)

MASISONS did an excellent job on my Camry! They worked with me to keep the price as low as they could and explained everything to me along the way. They repaired the damage and touched up a few spots. Now my car looks better than when i purchased it from Braintree Toyota.
