Yesterday, wife took our car there for an oil change and brake pad replacement. They told her that the front tires were bald, and kept trying to sell her new tires. I knew for a fact that they were nearing replacement, but were nowhere near bald yet. I confirmed that fact after we picked the car up. This morning, while my wife was driving to work, one of the front tires blew a mile from the shop. She took it back to the same place, where they sold her two new tires. What an incredible coincidence. When replacing the tires, they tried putting the new tires on the front of the car instead of rotating the rear tires to the front and putting the new ones on the back. The rear tires should *always* be the tires with the most tread. Always. You would think they would know this, but they argued with my wife about it when she tried telling them to put them on the rear. Firestones own website says to put them on the rear. I would keep tabs on the work that they do on your car. Needless to say, I dont think Ill be returning.

If you go for a diagnosis be careful. They will charge you for anything that they belive is bad even if it isnt. Especially if you have a check engine light. I was charged for a part I didnt even need then was told that only a dealer would be able to fix my problem. Then when I asked to speak to the manager (over the phone) the employee pretended to be the manager. Do not trust these people if I could put 0 starts I would.

My car was misdiagnosed. They claimed I needed to change my tie rods and an axle when really I had to replace my control arms. They wanted to charge me around $800 for work that did not need to be done, while ignoring the root cause of my issues. They also changed my brakes and afterwards they have screeching sound. If I could give this review 0 stars I would.

Always find it easy to set up an appointment on the phone with short notice. They always take good care of my car and inform me as to what they find and what my options are. Never pushy or pressure me to buy things I dont need to. Employees are welcoming and helpful. Will be taking my car here in the future.

Usually very efficient. Not ideal for higher end cars so i can only really get my tires and oil changed here. But the staff is very nice and they try to accommodate as much as possible.
