I had two new tires that I needed to install, along side an alignment after I replaced my entire suspension. Independent Tire Co. Refused to install them after I called twice and talked to two separate ladies. I was not trying to underscore their tires sales, I had just received these ones under a warranty claim. Unfortunately, they lost a potentially loyal customer (and friends), as well as the service of a full alignment and two tires being mounted and balanced.

A bit odd, this place. They didnt seem busy, told my to come by at the moment I called and asked for 4 tires to be mounted. Went there and they wouldnt mount tires I bought new on my own. Says "Anyone can ship tires." Not sure if what her point is since tire shops kind of... mount tires. They were nice enough to suggest a gas station nearby nice enough to take the 100% labor profit though. hahaha

Took my car there for the leak and they charged me 130 dollars for no reason.. They put a 8 dollar clamp and pressure wash the bottom of the car and few days later, it will still leaking.. what was the point to put the clamp and pressure wash it if the problem was never identified in the first place.. A total waste of money...

They replaced my tire quickly and were very friendly. I am not from the area and was in a jam since I had to drive 50 miles to get home. Mary is great and I will go out of my way to do business with them in the future.
