Brought my truck there on a Friday morning @ 730AM to be looked at, was told they couldnt see it until monday AM. OK. Monday AM, drop off the truck and await for the phone call for the estimate. No call Monday, no call Tuesday, I call Tues afternoon, they have not even looked at it yet. Wed comes, they dont know whats wrong but proceed to perform $180.00 worth of work without authorization. I tell them to stop i will pick up the truck. I need to pay by phone since they will be closed by the time i get out of work. The lock it up, but fail to reassemble the dash panel assemblies and lose all screws to re-assemble. Very unprofessional scam artists. WIll never recommend or return for business, and am seeking a refund for unauthorized work.

I have been coming to Brighton Auto for years and I dont have a single complaint about the service. I always call ahead of time and they are great with taking you right away. Tommy, John and the Owner Rick always explain in detail whats wrong with the car, how they at fixing and what they are fixing if needed. I highly recommend taking your car if you have a problem or even if you have a question about something.

The guy below is completley wrong. Theyve been in business a long time and dont need to scam people for money because they have loyal customers. Theyve always taken care of me and been nothing but professional. I highly recommend Brighton Auto Service.
