I drive all the way from the other side of town to get work done from these guys (Roslindale). The team is STRAIGHT UP LEGIT. I mean, i feel like everyone who has a vehicle has always been through a situation where they are skeptical as to where to leave their car. COME HERE, COME HERE NOW! Most likely if youre reading this, it is because you need someone to look at your vehicle. SEARCH NO MORE. These guys go above and beyond the call of duty not only to service your car, but to make you feel like your part of the team. They walk you through the process, tell you the truth and dont beat around the bush. YOU WILL GET YOUR VEHICLE BACK TO YOU BETTER THAN THE WAY YOU LEFT IT. And if its a sunny day, they have the garage doors open and you can see their beautiful Autoshop. Not your average dingy mouses running around the corner kind of shop. CLEAN, RESPECTFUL, KIND, CLEANNNNN!!!! Spend your money in the right place, I did (got an older car completely serviced, detailed, and refinished and LOOKS BRAND SPANKING NEW) GEORGE, OLEK, CHARLIE, DAN AND EVERYBODY ELSE (I REALLY WISH KNEW YOUR NAMES) THANKS!!!

This guy is hands down the most personable, humble, warm, atriuistic, creative & focused body shop owner I know! Through him not only did my car get fixed in a timely manner, but he has won a customer for a lifetime. I can guarantee I will use him for all my future encounters and have recommended him to all of my family. His work is just breathtaking as he is a person. Extremely pleasant and easy to work with and respectful. He went above and beyond with my car and everyone in the shop is so pleasant! Nice clean and they give you all the time an attention needed to review anything about the car. Never gave me a hard time and answered all of my questions. For one we are first time customer we told initially to take your time but 6 weeks is really long. We kept on checking but no definite response. Saying have to drive the car 200 miles to check if everything work well. Do you think testing the transmission would take so much mileage??? But you got to know the guy well to understand his personality. He is bit a talker... beating around the bushes. Though he gave us reasonable price which includes transmission repair, inspection sticker and new brakes. We still going to go back. Very clean garage. Also I think he hoards customers that he cant keep up the time frame.

They went above and beyond and did a fantastic job. I had a small dent in my rear driver side door. They fixed that beautifully but then they also painted the hood of my truck. All the dings from stones on the highway are gone. It looks amazing!!! As if that wasnt enough they detailed my truck as well. Shiny all over, tires dressed, just beautiful. Unbelievable experience !!! Dont go anywhere else. Thank you guys!!

Had my SUV side damage repaired here and they did an amazing job. Damage was from the front bummer to the rear. They repaired all the damage parts and dents and the paint and blending was great. The job was 2.5 years ago and it still looks great, no issues with the paint or the repair around the wheel wells, which are the first to show signs if the job is not done right.

George and the team here do great work and at very reasonable prices too! Sometimes the communication can be flaky but its a small price to pay for the excellent work they do. They always take good care of us, and are a solid shop and not the kind of place that will take advantage of anyone or try to screw you over. I will definitely keep coming back!

Hanson and Tilton is a great shop! They worked with my insurance company, helped me through the repair process and really made a tough time much easier.
