this review is for 1550 Comm ave, their partner service shop: DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE MEN THEY DO NOT RESPECT WOMEN!!!!!!! This place is full of mysogynistic men who treated me like absolute garbage from the moment I called. All I needed was a flat tire fix. First, when I called, the guy treated me like an idiot because I received the number from their other location which is across the street from my house. How was I to know they had 2 locations? Anyway this didnt stop me from showing up. When I arrived, I waited in the waiting room for about 20 minutes before someone even asked me why I was there. No greeting, no how are you, just gruff annoyance. Then they just left me there, with no estimate of time, they dont even have a bathroom and expect people to just wait for hours. The waiting area reaked of mold. Finally he said they would take a look, I had to ask, uhm do you want my keys? Yes. Okay would you like to no which car it is? "No I got it" Super flippant and rude. Again no time estimate. The mechanic was very nice, took me to see the tire, but then he told the glorified secretary or whatever he is, to give me the price of a new sensor. ......which took another 20 minutes to even get his attention. He then said it would be about an hour. What about the price?! "Itll be an hour" he said condescendingly so I walked out. They called and were very sweet about the estimate but it wasnt worth it to me I said I will come back and get the keys. I had to wait like an idiot for him to even NOTICE me, another jerk had to prompt him to even lOOK at me so I could ask for my keys back. Biggest waste of a morning ever.

Dear customers, This is the first review I have written. I brought my car into A-Z for some standard body work. When I went to pick up the car, there was a warning light on my dash, having something to do with the headlights. They seemed unconcerned and suggested I go down the street to their service center where they could pull the code. The service center was unhelpful, and I brought them the car back and indicated respectfully that I felt that they had not completed their obligations. They took the car back and after 3 additional days without contact I finally called and was told that, and I quote, "These cars have something like 60 computers in them, and that this would be an additional cost to look into," essentially telling me that they did not know what was going on, that they could not finish the work on the car, and that I would need to come pick it up. I will now need to bring my car to the dealership on my own time and own cost. I am horribly disappointed and wish I would have chosen one of the numberous other body shops in the greater Boston area. Almost $900 later, my car now needs to visit the dealership....how truly disappointing. This experience has soured me.

Got rear ended and pushed into another car. Took my car to AZ Auto because theyre near my apartment. They took over 3 weeks to repair the car, and forgot to fix the front bumper (to be fair, may have been the appraisers fault, but AZ didnt place blame). I also requested the inside be detailed, as when I was hit I had a shake in my hand that went everywhere. The interior looks like it was "detailed" in about 3 minutes by a chimpanzee, theres still cruft all over the dash and when I tried to adjust an air vent, my fingers came back sticky. Not impressed, Ill have to take it somewhere else to be detailed, because its still real nasty. Fortunately, the repairs appear to be good quality, it just took far too long, and they didnt clean the interior as they said they would (and my insurance was more than happy to pay for). Oh well, Ive finally got my car back, Ill just be happy about that.

You guys not only helped me out, but you did so in a timely manner. I had a few questions in regards to the coupon I purchased and they were answered in a very courteous way. Billy and Jeff are on top of their game and I believe customer service is their main goal. A-Z not only works on your vehicle, but they care about you as a person. They are super honest and will go out of their way to help you out. The first thing they asked me when I stepped in the door is if I needed anything to drink and then Billy followed me out to my vehicle to take a look at some of the work I wanted done. I needed the car finished that day, and the not only succeeded, but my car was beautiful and drove great. Thanks guys, I recommend you to everybody.

Fast and efficient! I called first thing the morning after my car was broken into and they were able to order the window and install it that day! I had plans to go on vacation the next day, so timing was my priority. They vacuumed out the broken glass and the installation was great. There were a few small issues I noticed, a small piece of my trim was chipped off and a little plastic cap to cover a screw, behind the door handle, was bent, so it wont go back on properly. These are so minor that I probably wouldnt have noticed if I wasnt cleaning the car and looking closely. Overall, if youre looking for a quick fix and a fast service this is the place to go!

So we brought my car here to fix both fenders and the bumper and paint all 3. The receptionists were all mostly nice except an old guy who talked a little much. Rui, the manager, said the car would be ready in 2 days. During the 2 days, we were called to say that he needed to get a small part for the car and it would up the price about 27 dollars. When I came to pick up my car after the two days, I had to wait for them to put on a pinstripe that had been covered in paint. It was a bummer to have to wait, but in compensation, they washed and detailed my car for me. All in all, it was a positive experience and I will use them again if I need body work.

To be fair, they did the job quickly. And cheaply. Unfortunately they may have done it a bit too quickly, and a bit too cheaply. I had a side window repaired, and the work was shoddy. They did not remove all the glass from the door, and once opened, the window would not close. I had to have it repaired again by a different company. It may have been a fluke, or perhaps the person working that day had been out a bit too much the night before, but it was raining when I could not put my window back up, and getting the problem resolved was such a pain in the butt that I would choose another place in the future.
