Great local shop. They went out of their way to take me on short notice. Fixed a bumper for $90 that I was sure would require major work, and it looked like new. I couldnt believe what they were able to do. These guys are a local independent shop and work hard to earn business. Its clear they dont take their customers for granted. I have no bloody idea what the anonymous bad reviews are about. Maybe they are competitors. Its sad Google would let people anonymously damage the reputation of a small business. I had no trouble getting my car back, and they even let me come back and pay later when I didnt have enough cash on me.

This is the best body shop in town. I came to this place after visiting two other collision centers locally. One gave me an estimate of $850 and the other one was in the range $800-1200. Both advised me to file with the insurance, because the cost was going to be substantial. They also required 3-4 days to do the work. I got everything done at Prospect Auto Body shop for $382 and it took only one day. Everything was done exactly as promised and ahead of time. This place is highly recommended.

The work done on my car was poor and I had to ask the owner Charlie to re-do the work (minor body shop work). His answer to my complaint was that while in China and other countries the repairs leave the cars in original condition in the US labor is too expensive and not good enough! After re-doing the work the car was ok but still not as I wished. In addition they took two days longer than initially indicated. They dont take credit cards or personal checks.

Although I have not yet seen the work this autobody shop did on my car, I can assure you if you have a busy schedule, you will have a hard time getting your car back. They do not take credit cards or checks. You will have to have a certified bank check or cash for payment. They have been very unwilling to work with me in picking my car up and I am very dissatisfied with their customer service.
