I took my 2017 Honda CRV in to repair 3 scratches to the rear side panel. When the vehicle was returned the new paint surface was rough and bitty and also pock marked. I was informed the gel coat needed polishing and would take 20 minutes. After 1.5 hours of a technician power polishing the paint he agreed that not only was the gel coat defective but also the sub coat. They have offered to repaint the panel. While I have little confidence they are capable of a professional job I will let them try and if not pursue a total refund of all costs. Addendum:- The panel was repainted. A few minor defects remained. The vehicle was returned for the third time and these minor defects removed. I am on vacation until October when the car is to be brought back to be wax polished at which time I will see the final result and amend my review accordingly. It is fair to say the manager Dave acted professionally throughout and really did seem to show concern for the problems and strong intention to rectify. I did feel well treated by him.

The car was spectacular! When we went to pick up the car we were amazed by the amount of time and effort the crew put into their work, especially David Cooper. By far the best auto body experience weve ever had! Everyone there was very knowledgeable and thorough in their work. They even touched up paint and repaired damage unrelated to the accident, like a small mark on the door from a shopping cart. If theres ever a next time, we know who well call.
