The work done was very good and they did it in a reasonable amount of time. Matt was good about updates and great with calling me a rental and getting the appraisal changed (other partys insurance tried to low-ball repair costs). However, they didnt disconnect the car battery when taking the door off for repair (they were good about remedying this problem) and I had to call roadside assistance to jump my car after stopping for dinner - taking up my entire evening and getting a new battery. (-1 star) My car was also returned with a very fine grayish-white powder/dust all over everything inside of it. Im still trying to get it out of everything (-1 star). Its VERY frustrating to have to clean the interior of your vehicle and unacceptable. Id recommend JP Auto to my friends BUT would tell them to watch out for problems like I encountered on this visit and NOT accept a dirty car with a dead battery.

I had my damage appraised and it was as easy as dropping off the keys and the appraisal - Matt and team had the car back to perfect 2 days later! Their voicemail system was down the week I had work done and the hours are a bit tight so the only reason Im not rating 5 stars is how tough it was to be in touch about when to pick up my car. But I really appreciated how the cleaned and vacuumed the interior!

Matt has done several jobs to our fleet of cars and the quality of service and the speed of the work have been great. Very professional, fast and friendly at very reasonable prices and many time. Many times he has been able to help me with the smaller jobs right away. I went to the website because I need work on one of our vehicles and finally took the time to write this review. Ive use Jamaica Plain Auto Body for years three different cars and Im sorry it took so long to give them the review they deserve. This service is exceptional! They have always done a great job repairing the problems I have with my cars and their customer service is incredible. Its sad but you just dont see this kind of service anymore.
