I got in a major accident (other driver blew a red light cause she was crying, on her way to serve divorce papers). Our insurance company had A-Z on their list, and it was right around the corner, so we went there. They did the job, looked fine. Six months later, all the paint started to peel off. We went back to them, they said "yes, we screwed that up, and well do it again." OK, fine. Then six months after that it started peeling again. We went back again. They agreed to fix it again. They said they needed two days and they had an opening later that week, Wednesday-Thursday. My wife told them, "but we really need the car back on Friday, have to pick up some family at the airport." The manager said that the car would definitely be ready, and if it wasnt he would get us a rental, and he would pay for it. It wasnt ready. They said, "it will be ready in ten minutes." Two hours later it still wasnt ready. I said, "I have to go to the airport, you promised us a rental," the manager said, "Im not going to argue with you about that. It will be ready in 10 minutes." That was another lie. It was two more hours. My brother and his kids had to take a cab home from the airport. A-Z is incompetent at painting cars. The manager is dishonest. Dont believe any promise he makes. And they have nothing but contempt for their customers. I strongly recommend you go somewhere else.

Two weeks ago I was driving my brand new 2012 KIA Sportage when a car slams into the rear of my new shiny car. I was so upset when I brought my car to A-Z Auto Center to get repaired they assured me it would look brand new again, Everyone is so professional and nice. They did everything to help me from getting me in a rental which by the way picked me up at the repair shop and I did not have to go out of my way to return it when my car was finished. They took the time to explain the whole repair process to me, and kept me updated through the whole repair. I will definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

I had my first car accident a few weeks ago and used A-Z auto. The staff there were very friendly and professional, and also helped me to feel secure in leaving my car with them. Rose and the managing mechanic were particularly helpful. A-Z was able to have my insurance come to them to see how much the damage was, meaning that the process was quick and easy on my end. My car was returned in pristine shape. Not only was damage repaired beautifully, but my car had been cleaned inside and out. I would definitely recommend A-Z to anyone who needs their car repaired or cleaned!

Extremely professional and helpful staff, with excellent customer relations. The manager and mechanic helped me with what turned out to be a simple brake light issue, right on the spot, at no charge. I will definitely going back for future services, including my next oil change. Overall a refreshing and stand-out shop as compared to some of the other auto repairs I tried, where I felt that customer service was not valued nearly as much as it is at AZ Auto Center.

A-Z on Richdale in Cambridge is unbelievable. They always give me the lowest estimate, perform the work on time and save me hundreds of dollars a year. 3 smashed side mirrors--they sent me to a glass cutter and then just glued the glass on, saving me about $300 each time. Last week I had major repairs on my 10 year old car and they came in $400 under hte estimate. They have every opportunity to rip me off and they dont. I love these people.

Had my Audi Q7 side was keyed and the rear bumper was a mess. They are perfectionists and honest. I thought and was ready to pay for a door repaint . The bumper needed it but they actually buffed out the scratch. When I picked up the Q it was detailed inside and out . A better detailing than I have ever had. Even the airconditioning vents were totally cleaned. The people ae friendly and professional.

I came to A-Z Auto Center after being in an accident. The process was very overwhelming, but the staff at A-Z made it so easy. They handled everything from the rental car to dealing directly with the insurance company. I picked up my car today and it looks brand new even though its a 2007. I could not be happier with my entire experience at A-Z, and I would recommend them to everyone.

These guys are great! I had car trouble and they took care of my car the very next day! They were super nice, easy to talk to, and they explained everything to me. I have a pretty unique car, a VW R32, and they didnt even blink. They knew exactly what it was and what it needed. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitating!

My girlfriends car broke down near Cambridge, so I used google maps and saw the reviews for this place and took a chance. I told her to get towed to AZ Auto and it worked out well. The reviews are true, this place rules. They were great to work with and made an unfortunate incident much easier to deal with.

Got a dent in my car hood and AZ Auto Center did very good work to pull it out at a reasonable price. I called in the morning and they were able to fit me in same day. Would recommend!

I usually come to come to this shop for car service. They give you an estimated time and budget. And they actually, usually get it done within that time they say.

Took day a full day to give me an estimate and when they did it was all blown-up, over $2000. Got it fixed in Arlington for one third the price.
