Wow. Just simply wow. Never have I ever had a repair done on my vehicle that went so flawless and easy that I have the need to right a review about. DBA takes care of all insurance claims, so you dont have to call or fax your car insurance at all. Donna always picks up the phone within a couple of rings and is so pleasant on the phone and is so eager to help. She also makes leaps and bounds to make sure you understand what is happening with the process with your car. They even setup rentals to be ready for you before you even get there! Just amazing. They had my car for about 2 weeks and my car looks better than when I bought it a year ago!!!! The talent in the shop is top tier and I would recommend anyone that needs anything done to go here! You will not be disappointed!

This was a very pleasant experience and I give John and his team the highest recommendation. I brought our RAV4 to his shop based on the reviews I saw during my research. I had been to the dealership and was barely acknowledged by the person who wrote up the estimate. At D B A, I met with Donna and because the ding was small we decided to limit the paint area. Donna got actual paint instead of a chip and held it up the panel so we could see the match. The color blended perfectly and it saved us money as well. The quality of the job was excellent as was the customer service.

I would like to concur with the previous reviewer... This shop did excellent job repairing my car rear quarter panel, which actually exposed terrible body work flaws from prior repairs at Boch Collision Center triggering me to file "property damage" claim against Boch and having those repairs completely redone at DBA. Just picked my car a couple days back, the paint job and body work look perfect!
