after my dad ran into the back of my car (while visiting him in maine) and blew out the tail light along with some other dents, i didnt know where to take the car to get it fixed. ive been in brighton almost 7 years, but have only had a car for a little over a year, so i dont have a trusted mechanic or auto body shop. i wanted to take it to someone who would do good work and not charge me an arm and a leg since my dad was going to pay for it himself. so i asked my landlady and next door neighbor to recommend someone and they immediately recommended North Beacon Auto Body. Jason, who owns the shop with his brother, grew up in Brighton and does great, honest work. If you are wondering where to go, this is the place. Jason was honest with me about what would be good to do and he was completely fair with pricing. He even put in the new tail light piece that I had ordered for free since he couldnt do the work for a few days given the work he had lined up ahead of me. The end result, amazing!

We were referred to Jason at North Beacon Auto after our old auto body repair shop closed. Although the shop was out of the way and far from our home in Roslindale, I only wanted to work with a shop that had been recommended. Jason was easy to get in touch with and immediately available when I brought my car in to be assessed. He was kind, helpful and very professional. He made it so easy for me to drop my car off and when Enterprise wasnt immediately available to drop off my rental, his dad drove me over so I wouldnt have to wait. The work was done a day early and my car had been cleaned inside and out for my return. I never had to wait and he always made me feel like an appreciated customer. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Im one of those idiots who has a car in Boston. By default, it usually needs body work of some kind once a year or so. I hate everything about car ownership and the repair process, but these guys are just straight up honest. On more than one occasion, Ive left with my problem repaired with no bill because it was a simple, parts-free fix. They always explain all your options and wont push for the factory fix when youre just looking for good enough. Very happy I found them after 10 years of bouncing between repair shops and dont see myself going elsewhere anytime soon.

I have been there 3 different times with 2 different cars (bad luck this year) They are always affordable and fast. I was the victim of a hit and run, got my insurance involved, received a check, and a week later had ANOTHER hit and run...caused a lot of damage to the back end of my car and the door. Jay fixed it perfectly for HALF the price the damage was estimated at. I would go back to them anytime and recommend them to EVERYONE, they are the best place around no question.

I have been taking my vehicles to North Beacon Auto for the last 5+ years. They are TERRIFIC. Recently, I had Mike service my Mitsubishi truck for multiple errors and other issues. Since he has worked on it, the truck has never run this GOOD. I am very happy with their service and would strongly recommend North Beacon Auto to anyone looking to get their vehicle serviced.

Great service. Prompt, friendly staff. Went out of the way to get a used mirror for my car and saved me over 100 dollars. They then installed the mirror on my time, I just stopped by they dropped everything and fixed my car up in about 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

I have lived in Boston for a while now and have had a lot of bad mechanics until I was referred to North Beacon Auto. The guys are great and very honest. My only complaint is that they are always booked out for days even a week (a good sign).
