I spoke with Earl on the phone 5 minutes after they opened to get a quick quote. In calling around to find the best prices for services rendered. Clearly Earl must not have had his morning coffee or he is just a very angry person. Earl would not give me a single number and would repeat the words "just bring it in. Just bring it in" I understand that quoting a price over the phone without seeing the vehicle is next to impossible, however, Earls attitude over the phone was so drastic that I will never step foot into this shop. As I said "its OK I was just trying to get a ballpark number to decide which shlp I should go to first" Earl replies with: "Good dont want your business" ... Earl- please get your morning coffee before you answer the phones in the morning. I was not just shipping for breaks, I need about 3k in work done on my car. I am shopping for my new local mechanic

This place may have scammed me. My 09 Subaru with only 45,000 miles on it passed inspection the day before I brought i8t to Meineke. FYI, Meineke does not perform MA Inspections. I brought it to them to have them check several items: break pads, break lines, cabin air filter, alignment, tires etc. just in case. They told me there was a problem with the break pistons, that the front wheels breaks werent functional anymore as the pads were worn out. They replaced: - all dis break rotors - all ceramic pads (using shims) Okay fine, whatever, I brought it there for that, just in case. Better be safe than sorry right? But I didnt pay $935 to have my wheels SQUEAK driving out of a shop. I went back, they told me to drive 100 miles... Well, they wont be doing business with me anytime soon.

I guess I couldnt tell you about the quality of service that you get at this place, because I couldnt even get the oil change I had scheduled. I signed up online for a routine oil change, show up at the allotted time, and am promptly informed that the online system doesnt know what their actual workload is, so there is no way to get my car in. He can schedule me for the next week some time when they have more availability. Well, Mr. Shopkeep, you and your bait and switch, unprofessional shop will not be getting any service from this household. I will be going to somewhere a bit more professional.

Very good service. The guy that works the counter is awesome and is very genuine. He will always try to help you out if your trying to save money. He has given me tips on how to install an air filter and replace my mirror. 4 stars because the online appointment maker doesnt work. You need to call. Its been a few years and they havent fixed this.

CAN YOU SAY MAD... Was told $350 for exhaust from catalytic converter back... Came down 3hrs from Maine! Price changed to $850 dollars. NOT COOL TO RAISE PRICE $500 DOLLARS!!!
