Ive ordered a merchandise online and accidentally put my old city, I recently moved so it can happen to anyone. I called the USPS Manager and told him its going to be on its way to please send it to the correct address (he has seen my tracking #), "no worries I will tell all my guys!" after a couple of days I checked my tracking number and they sent it back to the seller, i called the manager and told him it was sent back in a calmly matter because i never yell or show my anger through voice, and he barked at me " well.. what do you want me to tell you its at your house?!!" . If thats your personality you shouldnt be working with people, or if someone make your day miserable dont take it out on others.

tracking showed that instead of sending my shipment north to Maine they sent it 240 miles south down to Jersey City. Why? Maybe so it wouldnt get there too quick because I didnt pay extra for priority. I guess it wasnt good enough that I paid an extra $30 for insurance. Two weeks before this, I sent 2 packages to Maine and they got there within two days (not priority), this ones already up to a week. It seems like theyre risking more damage to the shipment by sending it all over the place just to prove a point. I called to find out what was going on and the kid said "we have no control over the route".

30 years in this house & they slap a sticker return to sender attempted not known! Unable to forward. Called main PO Lawrence to find out why & On hold & transferred /multi calls & multi holds...so far on hold 19 min and counting! Guaranteed it was "regular carrier was on vacation!"

When its a package forget about it. Left a sign on the door to leave pkgs on the back porch. UPS, FEDEX and everybody else do. They left a pkg worth over $300 on the FRONT porch and it was stolen. No help if you call either, they deny everything.

THEY SUCK AND EXCUSE MY LANGUAGE. THEY KEEP ON TELLING ME THAT ITS ILLEGAL FOR THE LANDLORD TO HOLD MAIL BUT THEN AGAIN THEY DONT HELP YOU TO RETRIEVE THE MAIL THAT WAS LEFT IN THE MAIL BOX.
