I noticed someone said the lady behind the counter needs to crack a smile. Sometimes we have to initiate the smile ourselves. She may have lost a loved one or had a rough morning with someone else who didnt like to smile.

The women at the counter should learn to crack a smile. Been going here for 2 years and they never change and make you feel unwanted. Replace them.
