I cant believe Im righting a review about a post office...but this place is horrendous! There are other post offices in Lexington, so save yourself the trouble. I brought all my passport documents when I needed to renew my passport. They never took my old passport from me, and when I mentioned it, I was told it was unnecessary. Fast forward a couple months and Im getting an email saying I need verification of U.S citizenship in the form of either my birth certificate or old passport (....), or else I cant go on my trip! I called the agency in Boston and they have been super helpful, but I honestly dont even know if my passport is going to come in on time for my trip. Very very unhappy customer.

Not the best customer service. The clerk at the desk was very dismissive, just now, when he told me that their passport hours were over at 3pm. He was tapping his hands on the counter to the beat of a song playing on the radio and not only that....this SAME post office made an error on my passport application and failed to have me sign my application in front of them a month ago. Granted, I forgot as well but I am extremely annoyed right now.

Wow, total disaster, people running this place are rude and disrespectful to workers and customers. Just witnessed a yelling match, had to tell boss lady to stop yelling, there are customers here. Ridiculous, then her boss comes out and continues the disaster. Loser.

The post office refuses to deliver my packages to my apartment. They are rude when I go to pick them up. I cant believe that post office employees are allowed to yell at customers and are allowed to refuse to deliver my mail.... Isnt that what they are there for?
