I had a very bad experience, I arrived a minute before they were closing, and had 4 packages to mail, I was yelled at as I walked up to the counter, that if all the paperwork wasnt already completed I couldnt mail my items, there was one man being helped at the register. I had one item ready and mailed it, in the time it took to mail I could have filled out the paper work on another item and likewise for all my packages; they lady was yelling at me not to write anything. This person was old and crabby and wanted out early, they said they dont wait around after 5: 30 which is a joke because I have been there till 6pm because of large amounts of customers. I just find this old ladys attitude very unprofessional and she should be kept in the back and away from any customer service position. I have to scramble to make it to the post office before they close, and if I make it in before they close, then I should be allowed to mail what I have. If you go to a restaurant 2 min before they close and they seat you, that means you get dinner.

The worst Usps customer service ever!!! So rude over there. I came in and asked for a customs packet for my pre paid label and the guy refused saying I need my senders copy as well, which hes is completely wrong about it is my copy. I had to use Spruce st as they are way more professional over there. Now today I went in to use main st and Mail international again asking a lady this time for the customs plastic packet for pre paid labels. She did not give me the FREE packet instead took my label and examined it and finally told me I can ship it to Cananda at that point after asking 3 times for the packet I got fustrated, took back my label, left and drove to the post office on Spruce St. So upset that I can not go to main post office in my city anymore as they have no clue about international package or customer service!!!!!

Friendliest service ever. Seriously. I blasted my karma by going there on Dec 31 @ 11-30 am (they close at 1) with 30(!) international packages, all of which needed customs forms and needed to be typed into the system. Youd expect them to hate me, right? But no. The gentleman helping me has done an extraordinary job, getting all of those 30 packages in literally 1 hour. Not only that, but he was actually friendly, smiling, making small talk, and so helpful. I think his name tag said something like Biff. Thank you, sir!

the 1-800 number does not give the option to speak to a live representative. I received an email saying "USPS was unable to deliver your item as of 11:45 am on July 6, 2017 in WALTHAM, MA 02453. The address may be incorrect, incomplete, or illegible." and i cant even get through to someone at the post office to see what the problem is. i was on the phone for over 15 minutes with the automated system trying to figure out how to reach someone but got so annoyed i gave up.

Post office attempted to deliver during a time that Im at work. I called and told them NOT to redeliver again so that I could pick it up in person. Yet they attempted to redeliver again anyways thus delaying my shipment beyond its usefulness. In addition, the USPS main customer service isnt capable of calling out to local branches. This is not how you handle priority international mail.

Even though I waited a few minutes for someone to pick up the phone, I was directed into the right direction. My package had the wrong address and the woman gave me the number to the delivery room area, and Joe was awesome! He was able to resolve this and wipe the entire tracking number (that kept going to the wrong route) and create a new one. I should be receiving my package soon!

I live on Middlesex Rd, it is quite disturbing that mail cannot seem to be delivered to the proper address. I am constantly receiving mail for a man in another building. I get a check weekly, and when we had a regular mailman, it was received on time every week. Now it is delivered whenever they want to carry it. It is upsetting. This is ridiculous

Worst post office Ive ever seen! Personnel are very slow, wasting time (and holding huge line) for private chats and flirting with customers. I saw many employees walking and chatting when just one window was worked and huge line waited for slowpoke postman. My conclusion - beware and avoid this location!

They are very efficient and friendly. I always look forward to needing to come here to do business for my international company. They remember when we send important packages and help us determine cost-effective but swift options. Bill is the best!
