Clue. When a customer calls raising concerns regarding government documents not delivered, this is not an invitation to argue!!!!! Could not express my concerns, without the postal clerk rudely interrupting me. As a tax payer and as a customer, you are not in any position to pull an attitude, when your services are in question. New to the area, I have discussed these issues with other tenants and all have expressed their concerns as well. For the majority of us have had issues with Pawtucket RI postal delivery service. And yes, according to the US GOVERNMENT: "the bulk of the cost of operating the postal system has been paid for by customers, also, The USPS does get some taxpayer support." Also, your so-called, " POSTAL PENSION REFUND " is actually disguised as a taxpayer bailout!!!! So at the end of the day........who do you work for???? That would be ME along with millions of other POSTAL CUSTOMERS AND TAXPAYERS!!!!!!

Useless... I am currently trying to locate two packages. I recently moved and their excuse was but "your name isnt on the mailbox." However at my last apartment my name was never on the mail box and I still received all of my mail. I never had an issue. They offered me no other advice other then they dont know what to tell me if no one left a pink slip. And now USPS is telling me they cannot find any packages with the tracking numbers I have. Even though both of my emails from tracking the packages say they are located at the post office! Very very very poor service!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Simply calling the branch where FedEx dropped off my package to see if I could pick up instead of waiting an additional day. Listened to a five minute automated message about absolutely nothing useful, only to get disconnected afterwards. Called another number they had mentioned, and Ive been on hold for SEVENTEEN MINUTES. I refuse to believe a government agency is too busy to answer a quick question. Useless automated system. Terrible, awful, horribly annoying customer "service".

Packages delivered two different times stolen because theyre too lazy to knock on the door and wait two minutes. My mailman was supposed to deliver "critical mail" never knocked or notified anyone. We were waiting for my stepsons passport from Guatemala consulate. I called consulate and they had it reported as delivered. The post office told me mailman reported it as delivered. When I went to office, woman found it in the back.

This is the worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of using. Employees have no idea how to use or run their own systems, and we often dont get our mail even though the tracking will have it marked delivered. It is always in the wrong mailbox, or lost. I do often use them for express shipments, as Im pretty much guaranteed they will screw up and my item will be delivered late, in which case I get a full refund.

Moving is hard enough. If I call and ask my package to be held until I am able to pick it up 1 day after my carrier didnt make an effort to deliver my package, allow me time to pick it up. I just love how "my name not being on the box" was valid for a failed delivery but bills & junk find its way to my box without an issue. And now my package cannot be tracked at all ... good job!

All I wanted to know if there were any mail boxes left in my neighborhood since the one I knew of, they took away. My call was transferred to a supervisor where I got a voice mail message telling me my call could not be taken and leave a message I only wanted to know if I could walk to a mail box since I dont have a car. No wonder people dont respect the USPS anymore.

I called them to ask their hours. They told me they were open until 5:30. I left work early, flew up to Pawtucket, got there at 5:10 - and they were CLOSED. Im beyond furious. It didnt help that I could hear all the employees still there, laughing and chatting behind the closed window.

Had the worst experenice of my life.... went to get a money order and their computer shut down and stop working.went to hell and back to get my money back . Customer service was ( well there wasnt no customer service) but its amazing how the postal service is so useless.

They are horrible and they dont care about people package. They deliver my package which was 10lb cost $300 outside my house and was taken my landlord give me the tape and I saw it them and 3 weeks later they do the same and my package taken cost $186
