I shipped a late Christmas package to my son in orlando florida on January 5th. I was told it would be there on January 12th. The package didnt arrive on time and I knew I couldnt track it because I had lost the tracking number. I took a chance and called the post office hoping someone would pick up. Brian answered the phone and I told him my story. I told him what day and time I was there and the zip code of the destination. Brian said he would see what he could do and call me back in 3 hours. He called me back in one hour and had my tracking number and a very good answer why it was late. I never expected a phone call back . He came through. Such a relief to know the package wasnt lost. Thank you very much Brian for going above and beyond. I really appreciate what you did

They completely lost a $200 package of mine after holding it for a week without releasing it to me. They are not willing to do anything about losing my package at all and were yelling at me on the phone for being annoyed. This is not the first time they have held my packages for no reason and have "misplaced" or transfered my packages to the wrong address.
