My home delivery postman Mike is not trustworthy. I was home expecting a package (45 DVD Box Set of a TV show). He comes at 1PM every day today was no exception. I watched him stop at my mail box put the loose mail in he never approached the door or leave the box I had been tracking for a week. I waited an hour nothing ! Went down to the post office and told them I tracked my package and today was the expected delivery date. I talked with the supervisor - she said Ill ask him when he returns. She called ma and he told her he dropped it off I asked what house Im # 90 She asked him - he agreed yes I remember leaving it on the front porch. I told her impossible ! I watched him leave my mail and drive off. Mike claimed someone stole it. Now I know hes full of C**P. - One other time I saw him drive up to the neighbors mail box and accidentally dropped a few pieces of their mail - did him get out and pick it up ? Nope ! He drove off, I went and picked it up. Good old over weight Mike use to drive his little green car - hes been upgraded to a postal truck (He must be considered one of their better workers by todays standards). One other time I ordered from Texas a Toshiba LCD for my daughters Laptop. My post man (not sure who) sent it back saying address unknown. Three times the company tried to ship the package after I called and verified my address for the last 13 years. I asked that they hold my package and I would pick it up at the PO. I even got a PO box for $126 (?) a year to use when needed for extra security. Sad part, Mike handles my PO Box too!

This is the worst USPS in the state of NH (or maybe all of USPS). Mails are sometimes not delivered on time. Every time I went there to mail something (i.e. outgoing packages), there would always be a long line of people waiting. The employees dont seem to care whether or not mails or packages are delivered to your door. It might say "Delivered" on vertain date and time, but there was NEVER AN ATTEMPT AT DELIVERY!!!! Other problems Ive faced were packages got lost in the process and USPS sent me the remaining paper slip that contained my name on it..lol. Another problem was that USPS can hold your shipped item for a really long time before they can be delivered to the recipient. Now would it be worth it to spent a bit more to have your item shipped via UPS? I think so.

One of the worst USPS I have ever experienced, I was waiting for a package and it said it was out for delivery online, but I had already received my daily mail. Called and I spoke with a man named John, he was extremely rude, gave me attitude and told me my package not only wouldnt be guaranteed but I wouldnt know whether it would make it there or not until after they closed, so I wouldnt be able to call back because they misplaced it or something.

Whenever my mail is on hold they constantly try and deliver it. Today mail was on hold, I have a package marked sorted and out for delivery. I was there at opening hours 8:30AM, the older female clerk said the driver will have it ready by 11AM. If its sorted and out for delivery why can I not have my mail now? Are they going to try and deliver it? No one knows, this place is a total joke.

Terrible Delivery Service. Packages get lost, end up at other facilities or never get delivered. Spend more time tracking down the package than it takes to ship it. Worst USPS experiences period.

Three people behind the desk and two of them are helping one person having a line of 4 waiting to send out mail. Worst place ever. Would give half a start cause its not even with one full star.
