The 1-800 number is awful! It wouldnt let me talk to a customer service representative and then hung up on me. I was trying to see what the hold up with a package (turns out it was sent to the wrong post office). The website didnt say that, they 1-800 automated number didnt say that. The Merrimack Post Office is so small and Im sure they are super busy (less than one week until Christmas) but the woman I spoke to was so helpful and so understanding. I felt bad calling for something I was sure I could find out another way, but couldnt. She made me feel so much better. I cant get over how friendly she was even though Im sure she listens to people screaming about lost or delayed packages all day. She was wonderful!

The Merrimack post office seems to have a serious problem with lazy carriers. Last year I had a package I was expecting that required a signature so I stayed home to sign for it. When the carrier came I watched them put pink slip into my mailbox without even checking if I was home! Then, just today, I cleared snow off my driveway after a snowstorm and carved a neat path on the street up to my mailbox so the carrier should have no trouble getting to my house or mailbox. Yet I got a notice that they did not deliver because there was "no access". I also saw on the Merrimack Facebook group that I was not the only one this happened to. Its no surprise to me the USPS has been hemorrhaging money over the past 15 years.

Im just giving one star because theres no option to give zero. Who ever delivers the mail to us at London court apartment sucks immensely. Sorry for the bad word but Im just fed up with them. Always putting trash inside my mailbox. Giving my important letter to other tenants, putting others mail in my mailbox. I havent received my eletricity bill in two months. Thank God I pay everything automatically. Who ever is the mail person that attends the London court.... you suck!

I live in a condo where the mailboxes are all together and my mail continues to wind up in my neighbors box. Its frustrating. Everything from checks to my W2 have either not arrived at all, or ended up in someone elses hands. Once or twice would be fine, but this happens at least once a month or more.

Packages say delivered on tracking and dont show up until hours later. The postal worker yesterday opened my front door, without knocking or ringing the doorbell, and threw a package into the room. She could have been attacked by the dog. She certainly scared me to death.

The mail is never before 5pm and thats if they feel like getting around to it. Ive had the same address for the last6 years and my neighbors are always getting my mail when it clearly states my name and # on my box.
