May 7, 2016, about 8:30 AM. I walked in the office while there were two people ahead of me. An old lady was handling their shipments warmly and efficiently. Everything looks fine. The two customers left very soon and the lady seemed busy with some clean up, so I waited in the line for some minutes. Later another guest came in, the lady gave up cleaning and called next, I went to the counter, theres no greeting. She asked me to close package use their tape, so I picked a half used one on the tape box, she then charged me $3.45 for the tape. I told her "this one is not sealed and half used", she acted as if hearing nothing but said:"You must pay for it, this is not free." OK, I really dont care 3 or 4 dollars. But what happened then was, after I offered address, she directly asked me to pay for the shipment -- without asking what kind of speed I would like, without asking if I need insurance, without asking if my package has any liquids etc...She asked me to pay for the shipment and thats it! Fine, so I asked "Alright, so whats the tracking number?" Per my previous experience (in MA), they would cycle it out for convenience, but she replied,"Its on your receipt." Before I asked her any other question she turn into a smiling face in a sudden and said to next person, "Good morning!" . When I went home read my receipt I found theres NO tracking number.... I dont want to be mean but I cannot help thinking she must be deeply hurt by some Asians before, otherwise she wont treat others like human being and treat me like a fly.

I have complaints about the carrier who brings my mail. She does not bother to ring the door bell to deliver parcels or mail that requires signatures - just drops a delivery notice in the mailbox. The post office is 20 miles away - for some reason the close post offices are not assigned to our address. This is a constant source of frustration. Incidentally if the regular carrier is off then the substitute carrier does come to the door so the problem is with the regular carrier. Have filed complaints and for a while things got back to normal (after a lot of back and forth) but now back to the same old game. I would rank this post of office NO STARS

2/13/16: I have tried non-stop dailing for 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach someone and no one has ever answered the phone. A package I was expecting was delivered and signed for, 2 days ago and I still havent received any notice that it has arrived. Tried to find out today where the package was before I started calling, but there were 10 people in line and only one person working the desk. Now there is a Holiday on Monday, so I wont get my package then either! What is up with this place? Poor, poor service!!

Your idiot of a driver had the nerve to take a trash from my property, throw the lid under the porch so it got all muddy, and put a soggy box under the overturned, smelly can that was pressed right up against the side door, blocking it. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have registered a complaint and hope he is fired.

When my businesss regular postal worker takes time off, we have had 2 packages that were stated as delivered.....but no where to be found. It is disturbing to think they were either never really left, or were placed outside and were stolen instead of just leaving a ticket for pick up at the post office....

Its the post office. This time, they have the collection bin for packages locked, so that you cant put a package in for mailing. Have to come back and stand in line to do it on a workday. Just because theyre worried it might be too convenient.
